So pleased with my tattoo I got done yesterday with Mark he made me feel at ease cause was a bit nervous

So far I've had about 24hrs of tattooing in about 2 months from Mark Mcilvenny and my traditional sleeve is only about 9hrs away from being finished. Absolutely brilliant work, ideas I never would have thought of, I seriously recommend this guy for any size tattoo, he's the 5th tattooist I've used and now wouldn't use anyone else.

Relaxed atmosphere and friendly, down-to-Earth & hugely talented artists. I had a great experience and would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Only got a small Dimond on my finger but sat with my girlfriend for ages while she got hers everyone in there is lovely and very professional great at what they do �

Mcil-Bad Boy is the rudest dog i know! and a sick tattooist. you get a banging slice, some pure jokes, and you get to look at his face! totally recommend

I've had so many complements on the tattoo I had from Abbie on Thursday and the detail which has gone into it, it's the best tattoo I've had so far and if I were to have more in the future wouldn't hesitate to go back to her/smoking guns. I don't live local to Kettering, but travelling 40-50 mins after being recommended was so worth it. Thankyou again.

I haven't had a tattoo done here, however they were very helpful with a new tattoo I had gotten a couple days before I went on holiday and were kind enough to give me some stuff to help with it! Very friendly and helpful! Would definitely get a tattoo done here!

I had a personal tattoo done today by Brian from the shop and he was nice and polite to me I got in the shop they had art work on the walls other designs something to look at by i was being inked I got in the chair and got my self cosy they had awesome music I had such a laugh with them today it's a lovely shop they good at there job and I would decently go there again for more ink :)

I am fairly new to the tattoo game, I have 5 -ish. And this is where it started and long may it continue. Big up Billy Betts!

After a close friend got an amazing sleeve done here she recommended me, due to the fact I was having a very sensitive tattoo done in remembrance of my little boy who I sadly lost I was quite fussy as to where to go, I went in for a chat and mark was so friendly and so understanding! When having my tattoo done he made sure everything was perfect and exactly what I wanted! My tattoo is more amazing then I imagined it to be and I would 100% recommend smoking guns and mark himself to anyone! Amazing place, amazing tattooist!
