Smyths Toys Superstores

We visited yesterday so my son could try out a scooter.. loads on Show for us to try unlike toys r us! Staff really helpful and friendly :) Great toy shop!

Was expecting a toy shop and wasn't disappointed at all.

Visited smyths store on 30.9.17 first impressions of the store was how clean and bright everywhere looked, sales assistants were on hand if we needed help, found the toys we wanted and more, we were lucky to have saved a fair amount with the offers that were available in store, will be visiting again soon lovely big store 🥘

Great range of scooters that were all on display and available to try out unlike Toys R Us! Defiantly be coming back....hours of fun!

Loved our visit today Stacie really helped us. She was everything you would expect when shopping. Wasn't pushy and gave us honest advise on car seats. After a rubbish experience elsewhere looks like smyths is first port of call never time.

I come in to the Northampton store today looking for a leap pad tablet for my grand daughters birthday and I have no knowledge when it comes to theses things.

I was taken over to the customer service desk by a manager and was served by a lovely blonde girl.

She had excellent product knowledge on the leap pads but she sold me something I never knew anything about which is a vtech inner tab max and her product knowledge on this item was amazing.

I've taken it to my daughters to show her and she's very happy and my granddaughter is gunna love it as my daughter said it's better than a leap pad.

The service I received in store today from this young lady was exceptional.

First time in the store today and I'll be back.

I lefted the store a very happy person.

The blonde girl was wearing a badge but my eye sight isn't brilliant but I remember her saying her name is Jenny but on my till receipt it actually says Richard.

Thanks again for a fantastic Shopping trip.

Excellent customer service! Breath of fresh air after the crap service I had at toys R us!

Brought my children here today for the first time to spend some of their Christmas money and was really pleased. Lovely store, friendly, chatty staff and really well laid out so it wasnt overwhelming - my daughter normally struggles with shops, but we had a really nice shopping experience because it was all so open, will definitely be back soon!

A good happy shopping experienced and our boy Jayden was over the moon whenhe found a barhain item.😘

Terrible after sales service. Avoid buying items of great value
