always love that place was even better when my child got free chocolate just for doing a quiz hunt, aamt can't beat the place.

Well it threw all my misconceptions out the window. I had assumed there would be massive prices. The place is very open with wide Isles. Children were trying out toys on every isle which I thought was very encouraging for parents to buy their children toys that they would actually play with. I really liked the displays of toys in their collections so you could see them unboxed. It's nice to see some times what you are buying before you get it which is hard with some packaging these days. Me, my partner and my Lil ones had a very enjoyable visit and picked some Christmas prezzies up while we were there. The prices are very reasonable �.

Well I went today to do a bit of Christmas shopping and I have one word for the staff who work there....OUTSTANDING!!! Two of the staff were exceptional, Annemarie and Alison. There customer service was top class and they couldn't do enough for me. Two really friendly and helpful ladies who seemed happy in their work. They were a pleasure to talk to. They are an asset to the Smyth's toy team. Another really helpful member of staff was Mark. He was really informative and gave service with a smile. Many thanks to these members of staff you made my shopping experience a delight. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Rachel the lady on baby section was fantastic however the store manager Wayne seems to be a bit of a Clown making snide remarks in front of customers about his store staff quite glad only shop there not work there feel quite sorry for the other members of staff that are doing a fantastic job

I want to pass on my thanks to the guy who was on the gaming desk yesterday (in your Mansfield store) around 5.30pm. I popped in with my son for him to spend his pocket money and my son got chatting to your staff member about Pokémon. He was great and my son really enjoyed talking to him. He even gave us the name of an app for Pokemon cartoon episodes! My son is thoroughly enjoying Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon in his 3DS! Thanks again!

I purchased an Elsa/Ana balloon today and on route to my car from the store it became untied from the string and blew away! Smyths replaced the balloon free of charge! Thankyou �

Had a great visit today for the stores 1st birthday party. In fact every time we go to the store I'm impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff are. They've got a great selection of toys and games and a great prices. Brilliant.

Best thing to come to Mansfield for me birthdays and Christmas are a breeze now. Great range of toys good prices,friendly staff. Love the events they hold the facepainters they employ are very talented.the only thing I would like would them to do a clubcard.

A big thank you to Wayne at the Mansfield store. My sons Nannie was looking for toys today for him as he was in hospital and having surgery and Wayne very kindly spoke to Nannie and asked her what the toys were for. He then went and got my son an Easter egg and sent it to the hospital for my little boy. He was so happy. Thanks again Wayne x

What a waste of time. We went in with the kids yesterday. They were so disappointed. My son was so sad to see whole isles of empty shelves. There were a few dolls and craft sets for my daughter to see but not a lot else. There was hardly anything there for boys. There were whole isles with nothing on the shelves on either side. My 10 year old son actually found himself standing in the middle of a large toy shop with nothing to look at while waiting for his sister.

If they were changing stock round, they should do it when the doors aren't open. They can't say they didn't have the staff to restock the shelves as there were lots of people just standing round.

You'd be forgiven for thinking they'd not paid their suppliers and been refused any further stock.

Just been into purchase a boys scooter for my son today for his birthday, last week it was priced at £29.99. This week same scooter in blue gone up to £39.99 exactly the same scooter in pink still £29.99.. manager said prices set by head office little bit sexist I think
