I couldn't fault the store staff on my last visit to the shop, helpful, happy. This is not always the case unfortunately, on numerous occasions there are a few that have just been standing around talking about their personal lives. Ive had to wait until they have finished their conversation before they have looked my way and taken notice, most uninterested. This was a few months back and didn't experience this on my last visit. I sincerely hope i have the same experience on my next visit.

A massive thanks to Charlotte in the baby section who helped massively when it came to buying a car seat. Very helpful and knowledgeable �

No one serving on front till and even though I was trying to push grandson in pushchair with one hand ( as he had fallen sleep and I couldn't put him in trolley to be pushed) and steadying trolley being pushed by my disabled daughter was told to go to yet further back to another till by girl on other front till....was not impressed especially when I saw on my out the said girl had moved to front till!! No point having a wide access till if staff blatantly won't help you use it

Just bought blaze bike on line and I have just collected it and it's £10 cheaper in store and staff won't give me a straight answer why
