Please Share.. STOLEN.. Saturday 15 December, sadly yesterday @13.15pm three men entered the store and attempted to steal our two window display bikes. This was a premeditated and violent robbery and unfortunately they left with a purple 2018 Stumpjumper Coil. These bikes were only available in a limited run so super rare with their distinctive bright yellow coil. If you have any information regarding this incident please get in touch with us here at the store on 0115 978 3876 or the Nottingham Police direct. Cheers.

Went to the Nottingham concept store to look at the demo 8 alloy DH bike, the guys in the store couldn’t have been more knowledgable and helpful about my questions! Didn’t intend on buying the bike there and then but due to feeling at ease and the pure helpfulness I decided to buy the bike and take home there and then! Thanks rob, Nathan and unfortunately didn’t catch the other fellas name but we also had a good chat! Plus they make a mean cuppa!

The guys in here are second to none. Never met a friendlier, knowledgable and genuinely nice bunch of people, particularly the service team - absolute legends!

Thank you so much to the fantastic chap who fitted me for a saddle today - I went back out and tried it out over 20km and WOW! I had no idea it was possible to be so comfortable on a bike!

Some really nice kit, staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to getting a professional bike fit.

Order a new seat for my bike on Sunday. Hadn’t arrived to store when the store expected. Made a phone call Friday was told could be with me Monday. They apologised profusely. Went out Friday returned home and it had been hand deliver by a very nice lady on a pushbike. Now that’s service for you.

Bike had received a 3 star MOT and shiftier replacement.

Birmingham concept store had closed down and consequently I visit the Nottingham store for some warranty work to be carried out. I can't thank these guys enough. The staff was so knowledgable and friendly. The service and attention to detail was second to none. Well worth the extra miles. Nottingham will always be my first choice now regardless wether or not the Birmingham store reopens. Massive Thank you to Laurie, Nathan, Rob and Tom I can't thank you guys enough.

A very friendly and helpful store. Always willing to talk, and help out, well worth a visit.
