We’re on a theme of support this week.
The support between our clients today was amazing, and it actually made us rather emotional! When put into a place of fear and so far out of your comfort zone you want to scream or cry, it’s amazing how much you can rely on people you’ve only known for 9 weeks.

Good friends who watch out for you is so important, those friends can come from anywhere and take lots of forms! Lots of sleepy horses yesterday am, really helped put into perspective how we should all be watching out for each other, helping each other and supporting each other.
Those lessons started to arise with our group today, making new connections, new communication, and new friends ❤️ 👌and we even had birthday cake 😉 yum!

Everybody meet Todd, our newest member. He’s a lovely, big thoroughbred, who’s 16 and used to be an event horse. He has been rehomed to us due to his owners circumstances. Welcome to spirit and soul Todd, let the training commence 😀😀❤️

This little guy returned today after his holiday in Yorkshire for 3 weeks. Instantly put a smile on peoples faces. He has been missed. Business as usual this coming week with both Sarah and Rupert back and feeling refreshed and ready to go.

Hi All, Please share. Due to outgrowing where we are currently based we're looking for new premises to rent. We run equine assisted therapeutic activities and therapy, group based programmes as well as individual sessions for people recovering from Cancer.
... Our wish list is pretty specific; although we are open to projects and work needing doing. We are also open to not quite all the requirements being met, provided we can put these in.
Were looking for a long term rental lease, the longer the better. Must be atleast 5 years. Able to use all of the land, house etc as a business and for these purposes.
Here's the wishlist; Within Derbyshire ( preferably within about 30 minutes from Derby. At least 20 acres ( less land would be considered and we would put the horses on a track system.) A house( preferable) outbuildings/ cabins / office & toilet ( preferable but can put them in) Ménage ( preferably or flat grassed area or able to put one in) Barn/ field shelter/s/ some stables ( but not essential) Parking/ room for parking Countryside location/ setting with fairly good access links.

WOW, simply amazing experience. thoroughly enjoyed my day spent with the horses and Sarah. A very personal, unique experience. A "Must do" on anyone's bucket list.

A humbling, insightful and incredibly empowering few hours spent with some amazing animals. The best way to get to the root of any problems you may have is to "Horse Whisper" and Spirit and Soul Equine Assisted Activity Centre is the place to do just that.

Would highly recommend this life changing experience to friends and family. xx

Sarah's horses and ponies are a joy to work with Sarah's guidance with how to explore issues and contact wit the horse are clear and concise it was such a fun and reveling experience thoroughly recommend it.

I've just had my second visit here the first time I worked with Suzie was hard-working I had a lot of issues from my last marriage and was in a bad place this time however working again with Suzie wow what a difference I'm much calmer now and it showed. We worked very well together today very calm all in all a very enjoyable day.
