Hello lovely people! Chinese New Year 2018 (Year of the dog 🐕🐩 ) is on 16th of February this year and as all our regulars will know, we love to celebrate this in style - with a week of festivities including dragon dancing, disco, fireworks and of course yummy authentic Chinese cuisine!

Would highly recommend! Been 3 times in the past few months and have been impressed all 3 times. Great value for money, lovely choice of food and great service! Well worth the 40 minute drive.

Went Saturday night very busy but staff were brilliant all dishes were correct and perfectly cooked no problems 5*

We went on a Sunday evening the restaurant was busy and we were a bit early but shown to our table straight away.

The starters we ordered were delicious and prompt

The mains were just as good with 'plenty of choice available.

We will definitely be going again with family

We have been here that many times I’ve lost count. Love the place and the staff are so welcoming. Food is wonderful. A little over priced but u get what u pay for.

The restaurant was very good the food, service and the atmosphere was great definitely worth a visit will go again.

Me and my husband came with my parents on Saturday 25th and it was their first visit. They were so impressed with the quality and flavour of the food & especially the price for the all you can eat. It was fully booked in the restaurant but service remained excellent. Me and my husband have been quite a few times and always loved it and now my parents will be returning in the future too. Thank you!!

Went to Springfield for a special occasion and the food was really nice..and it was delicious I really enjoyed the duck we had for starters..and the chicken curry I had was really good..the place was clean and tidy and the staff where really welcoming helpful..

I only have one complaint there was a lot of little fly flying around and there was a lot on the ceiling which I think was not great thing to see when your eating food..but we did have a great time

Was pleasantly surprised how good the food & service was, the place was rammed but our table was ready (we were 15 mins early) the service was great and really fast.

Springwater have mastered the art of getting good food out brilliantly, I would definitely recommend.

Other than the front of house guy that had no customer skills the rest of the visit was very good food was quick and tasted nice and fresh

Advice when visiting this restaurant - DO NOT pay in full in advance! Unfortunately two of our party could not make the meal (one had food poisoning and the other persons mother had been rushed into hospital that day) I expected to lose the deposit but did think there would be good will and the rest of their money would be returned but no we were eventually offered duck as a starter and were meant to be happy with that!! Very poor customer service, not impressed! Food was good, table service was good.

We as a family have been going for many years now and never been disappointed.very caring and attentive management with very efficient staff.never had to wait long for our food and it is always served hot and tasty. It's a favourite venue for a family night out because we never fail to enjoy the atmosphere too. Just attended Chinese New Year celebrations and they pulled out all the stops( fireworks,dragon etc) great night .

It is two years ago since we had a meal here. Then the food and service was worth a high rating. Not now. The food was over salted, there was to much garlic, almost everything relied on a thick sauce for taste. The lemon chicken ( which i love) was tasteless, no lemon. The service was not to bad. They were very busy but, it seemed to me there was an air of misery, forced smiles now and again was about all that was contributed to the celebrations. I wont even mention the drinks prices. 31st March.

I have visited this restaurant many times in the past. I just feel that it has been going down hill 'recently. Visited last night only to find that the staff were mostly miserable and ignorant. The starters were mainly ok but chicken skewers were tough, honestly how can proper chicken be tough.

Then we had the main course which no-one ate again the chicken seemed to have been boiled all day, very slimey and appeared not to have seen a wok. All in all very disappointed and will not be visiting again.

Come for a meal for my friends birthday.. party of 15... food was ok but the manager and some staff for beyond rude!! We was told to “MOVE” and and when my little girl went to the toilet that was right by our table, a staff member got her hand and put her back in her seat and told to stay put!!! Seriously need some customer service training

My 8 year old nephew had a chicken satay stick to which this was pink inside. Prawn crackers arriving to the table after we had eaten all the food. 4 hours we were in the restaurant. Asked for the bill numerous times and waited a good 40 minutes for the bill to arrive. A lot of money for what it actually is. Won’t be returning.
