St Nick's is a friendly, family oriented church in the heart of lovely Allestree in Derbyshire.

St Nicholas' Church Description

St Nicks main Sunday service starts at 10am

1st Sunday = All Age Worship
2nd Sunday = Holy Communion
3rd Sunday = Morning Worship
4th Sunday = Holy Communion

Also we have. . .

2nd and 4th Sunday @ 7pm FOG (Focus On God) – a relaxed worship space allowing time and room for reflection and pause.

1st and 3rd Sundays @ 7-8pm is CRE8 – a youth group for school years 7, 8 and 9. Come along to meet other young people, play games and relax.

Yay, BBQ day today. 3pm at St Nicks, come and enjoy and tea-time with us. Family friendly, games for little ones.

Great time today at holiday club. Please remember pre-school children can join mini adventures accompanied by a parent, but can't stay with older siblings in main holiday club as we simply don't have enough volunteers to adhere to safeguarding protocols in terms of ratios. Reception class onwards can join main holiday club in the Hall. If you've pre-booked but changed your mind, please let us know so someone else can take the place.

There must be a BBQ for the Summer! Welcome all to a teatime BBQ at St Nick's church garden on Saturday Aug 4th. Derby Deaf Church will be joining us at this event. £4 per adult and £2 per child. Tickets are available from church office or the Vicar. If you would like to donate any sides, crisps, salad, pudding or cakes or anything else, please deliver to the Vicarage (4 Lawn Avenue) Saturday morning or Friday 3rd Aug after 1:30pm. It'd be lovely to meet you there!
