These guys do great work promoting Real Bread and projects like ours. If you’re interested in baking your own bread they offer great advice and support to microbakeries and home bakers alike. Well worth supporting. We’re proud to be members.

Morning all. Bake is well underway, and your weekend bread will be hitting the shelves a bit later. Doors open at 10am.

Zac has been with us since September last year, on a placement from Team Domenica. He's been brilliant throughout the year, and is finishing his time with Team Domenica next week. We're really pleased though that he's going to be continuing to volunteer with us after the summer.

Great little mention of our friends at Hove Luncheon Club, who do brilliant work with older people in our community.

It's another lovely day, and we're open selling our bread baked by our great volunteer team. Come along and grab yourself something for your lunch, or maybe a late morning snack.

The next Sibling Link peer support session is coming up.

We poach our bagels, before giving them a bake in the oven. We'll have lots available later this morning from 10am.

Back to our usual hours this week. Come along Thursday-Saturday to get yourself some bread baked in the heart of the community.

Good bread takes time. Prep for tomorrow’s bake is underway.

Looking for a volunteering opportunity? Chomp are a great Brighton & Hove based organisation, and are looking for volunteers to support their work this summer.

We've been helped and supported by many people over the four years we've been in existence. But one person has been a true inspiration from the start, offering training, mentoring, and guidance to help us shape our community supported bakery. Robin Van Creveld, who through his social enterprise, Community Chef, has been encouraging people to cook healthy, fresh food, and mentoring community food businesses like ours for over fifteen years. We've a new loaf on the shelf from today - the Wordsworth Wholemeal. A long fermented dough, not small, not big, just a good size. #wordsworthwholemeal

It's a beautiful start to the day when you can smell the cinnamon buns in the air as you turn the corner to the bakery on a cold, sunny Saturday morning.

Best cinnamon buns in Brighton & Hove by far!!! Beautiful bread, too! And it's all fresh from the oven!!
