Stretton Gala

Unfortunately as a committee we have had to make a decision regarding this years event, Stretton Gala will not be taking place on Sunday 17th May 2020, due to the current situation and uncertainty with the Coronavirus, we are currently in the process of sending out an email to all our stall holders and entertainment, with further information on.
We hope we can arrange the Gala for later in 2020 but until we can meet again as a committee nothing can be decided or confirmed.
W...e thank you for your understanding in this matter and your continued support over previous years and we will keep you informed of any further developments.

We are looking for donations for the Raffle at Stretton Gala from individuals or local businesses. If you are able to support us by donating a prize please drop us a message. Thank you for your support.

We will not be accepting more stalls for the above but do welcome other applications. We have sent a large number of forms out over Christmas and in the months prior to them so do expect more forms to be returned so would advise completing and returning applications promptly so we can confirm bookings as we are avoiding duplication to ensure variety for visitors and fairness to traders.

We aim not to duplicate what people are trading to make for a varied event for everyone. We have sent a large number of forms out so will update our lists as we receive completed forms and payments.
Applications are particularly welcomed from community groups who we hope will join us this year.

We are keen to involve more of the great community groups we have in Stretton with the Stretton Gala On 17 May 2020. Please do get in touch if you would like to be involved. We know of some groups but don’t necessarily have contact information so any assistance in putting us in touch with groups is greatly appreciated 😊

We have our next meeting on Wednesday 25th September at The Junction in Stretton at 7pm.
If you are interested in being involved with this Annual Community event please do pop along and join us. You don’t have to attend every meeting, any amount of time you can give is much appreciated even if it is helping on the day. Feel free to drop us a message 😊

We have set the date for next years annual Stretton Gala which will be held on Hillfield Lane Playing Fields on Sunday 17 May 2020. Watch this space for updates and information over the coming months.
You will all be pleased to know we have booked the BBQ, Bar, Inflatables,Ice cream, Cake and Coffee with many more activities and attractions to be confirmed 😊

We will be holding our AGM on Monday 22nd July at The Monk’s Bridge Pub at 6.30pm
