We are all still flying high on cloud 9 after collecting our purrrfect Jaguar F Pace on Saturday. The service was superb from start to finish - thank you Jason Brewin! Still can't quite believe the dream machine is ours! The F Pace is awesome to drive & so comfy too, love it!

I'm still buzzing around on cloud 9 after collecting my jaguar f pace this afternoon. I finally got to drive it, in the dark, after my husband was reluctant to relinquish the driving seat! The whole experience, from first visit to collection, was more pleasant than any other dealership I've visited. Thank you Ian Hodges for being the best salesman. Ever.
I cannot believe I'm getting a nearly new XE. Thanks to Dal and James who were professional and courteous from when I walked through the door until I left. Going through all my different options and explaining everything in detail, they answered any questions that I had.
I would highly recommend popping in if you are interested in a Jaguar or Landrover. I know I'll be going back there in the future.
Hi, just wanted to thank the lovely staff at Sturgess Jaguar who assisted yesterday morning (14/2)when my little boy was poorly and we emergency stopped in the car park... the staff were very friendly and helpful, much appreciated! :)
Great service with the handling of my f type would definitely recommend them.

Very unhappy with the service I am receiving from Sturgess. There is a complete lack of communication within the dealership. Everytime I telephone I am promised a call back which never happens. I have emailed several times but to no avail !
Went in on my own in March and was enquiring about a new car as are looking to change our BMW X3. Waited a while to be seen and when finally a salesperson was available, spoke to him. Arranged a test drive and was told he'd be in touch to iron out the details. Never heard back.
Went in again (I must be stupid, right?), but this time with my wife and newborn. Spent a while talking to a chap who ended up taking details to arrange a test drive. He scribbled this onto a piece of paper which disappeared into his left chest pocket of his shirt and told me he'd be in touch the next day at 1030am to arrange a test drive. That next day never came.
This is the most appalling dealership I've ever come across and I can't understand how and why they treat customers this way. I had been warned about their shocking customer service, but thought it wouldn't happen to me. All I can say is that if you want a Jaguar or Land Rover - shop around outside Leicester and use CarWow. These guys clearly have a certain type of customer they want to cater for, and I don't fit that mould. They epitomise the adage of greased back hair and shady sales practices. 120 years and family run - I feel they've lost touch with today's truths.
Imagine this: if their customer service is like this pre-sale, what it would be like post-sale? Servicing or repairs would be a nightmare!
Seriously, save yourself a journey and don't let these clowns try to help you in buying a new car. Don't waste your time.
No call back service, even when they said it would be this time.

My niece was trying to park and as she has just passed it was taking a little longer. We were then told by a chap not to park there and move. We did so and tried to walk into the showroom. The same chap asked what we were looking for and I replied an Range Rover he then told me they don't sell anything less then 3 years old. How rude! So I told the staff about it. After finding a car that I liked I was leaving the showroom and the same chap gave us the worst look ever. He made me feel that I could not afford the car. So the worst experience ever:(
If there was an option to give 0 stars then that's what I would have given. After sales service is an absolute disgrace for what used to be a reliable dealership.
