Sutherland & Barnett are without doubt the best hairdressers in Nottinghamshire. Friendly, knowledgable staff, lovely salon, great cuts, colours and styling, refreshments and even massaging chairs while you have your hair washed! They saved my hair when it was bleached badly by another salon, and it's looked healthy ever since. I'd definitely recommend them. :D

Staff are always great, Hannah and Laura are a credit to the salon. The staff listen to your expectations and make them happen. Great service, best luxury hair salon there is in Nottingham!

My daughter came here today to have a significant hair cut so she could donate it to The Little Princess Trust. Everyone made her feel relaxed, kind and important. It was a special experience and a super cut. She even left with the most amazing plaits sprayed in tightly in preparation for her gymnastics competition tomorrow.

I had a bouncy blow-dry from Charlie which lasted 3 days! She gives great advice and she knows what's best for my hair. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Charlie. Nice friendly atmosphere in the salon and at the reception too.

I came in yesterday, the the whole works. Firstly Jess my hairdresser is absolutely amazing! She knew what I was looking for, polite, kind. I have no words for this wonderful, beautiful, talented young lady. All the staff at Sutherland & Barnett were so nice. No doubt, You are Definitely the BEST hairdressers in the Midlands.

Unfortunately I had my hair cut yesterday at this salon by a young lady with long purple/blue hair, I showed the lady several pictures of the style I wanted and explained what part of the long part of my hair I wanted to keep. The lady went on to say her opinion of how she thought I should have it but I explained that I wanted to keep it long on one side so I could still tie it up but unfortunately she still carried on with the style she suggested and now I can't even tie it up properly!! I was literally mortified that all my hair had been cut off after growing for so long when I left I went back to the salon to explain I wasn't happy about what had happened,they said they would get a manager and all the ladies went down to the bottom of the shop leaving me waiting for 10minites on my own with no apology. I requested a refund after speaking to why I presume was the manager,which I received.
