SWANKY BEATZ is located in the centre of Gainsborough, Lincolnshire and through this page, we aim to give you a great feel for what we offer in our shop, and provide some useful advice and information.

We stock a comprehensive range of music related products, which can all be ordered by mail order, or collected in store. We often have a range of second hand items. In fact, we have more stock items than we have room to display or list them all. Our page will be updated daily, so stay Tuned!
All of our second hand instruments come with a 3 month “playability” guarantee, and this means you can be happy knowing that the instrument will not need essential maintenance from the start - it should still benefit from a general service during that period such as new strings and clean, but that's up to you.
In such case where you wish to return the item, all we ask is that you keep original packaging, any accessories that were supplied with it - paid or free, your receipt, and ensure that the item is in “as supplied” condition. Complete Inspection report is included with every second hand instrument.
If the returned item is found to be incomplete or in “Not As Supplied” condition, we will offer you a “Buy Back” price which will be based on our opinion of the item value to us at that time.
Please Note: It is very easy to scratch a guitar with plectrum, against belt buckles, jeans buttons and with hand jewellery. Please take that into account during the Warranty Period.
NEW GUITARS
Should the item have to be returned to the Manufacturer /Supplier for their inspection, their report will be the final outcome.
Any manufacture failures during the first 28 days of ownership will be subject to immediate replacement. If the replacement isn’t possible, refund will be given.
Manufacture failure more than 28 days after purchase date will be sent to the Manufacturer /Authorised Repair centre for repair. When the repair is not possible, a replacement will be given.
Although We Will Make Every Effort to ensure as quick as possible repair, please understand that in some cases, the repair may take up to 6 weeks.
Any personal items brought in for repair – We will Assess and Quote within 72 hours.
As the repairs are not carried out on the premises, we will give you our realistic repair time-scale and endeavour to get it repaired in the shortest time possible. During that time we will keep you informed of the progress.
We believe that our repair prices reflect the quality of the repairs. Any repairs to wooden instruments may require skills of specialised luthiers. Some “aged” instruments may be quite costly to repair or restore in order to maintain originality. In addition, certain makes require re-registering and serial number has to be re-issued, indicating that the item has been officially restored. This is to protect any future owners and to ensure that those items are sold as refurbs.
You can rest assured that your prized possessions will NOT be handled by the courier companies or Royal Mail but will be taken to their repair destinations by one of our employees, and therefore handled with appropriate care.
