Very well done to everyone who took their Black Belts Grading last weekend! Results are coming out in classes this week, and amongst them we have a double Black Belt Father & Daughter combo!
This is such a huge achievement, and it's still not the end of the road! Just another step. Keep training, keep working hard.

As usual we will be closing our doors for two weeks over Christmas this year, giving you all some time to rest up before we hit those 2018 goals!
Our last session will be Wednesday 20th December and then there will be NO CLASSES until Wednesday 10th January.
Everyone is welcome to train at any of our many clubs throughout December and January if they wish to make the sessions up!

Don't forget, grading this Sunday (10/12/17) at Lings Forum Leisure Centre (address below), 5pm Kids and 6pm Adults! If you haven't handed in your form and licence yet then please bring them with you on the day. I'd say good luck, but you're all going to smash it!
