Found out about this place through a friend and it certainly lived up to the expectations. Wish we had this place in Nottingham. It keeps bringing me back to Derby. Especially a fan of the cookie doughs, beats even pizza huts. The staff were lovely and kept up the standard even though it was so busy. Got a regular customer for life ;)

No longer has that warm cosy feeling since it was renovated, atmosphere isn't as welcoming as it used to be. �

We were served by a very rude, ignorant person with bad attitude and no customer service whatsoever. Not very respectful or welcoming towards women and certainly not child friendly!!...Definitely would not go there again!! �

Rude owners...that lady that works in the shop is absolutely rude to children i will never use their shop again...absolutely disgusted

I ordered 2 waffles 1 with vanilla guleto and I paid extra for a bubble gum guleto which both waffles come with vanilla and the waffles was stone cold tried to call loads of times! No Answer! A customer should get what they paid for.

I found a couple of hairs in my waffle and i wouldnt recomend it and the place smelt un hygenic

I been their with my family.very very bad attitude.stuff was very rude.And person on counter was misbehaving as well never going their again and also gona Warne other as well.
