Three weeks ago we gained a client who manages over 800 rental properties and we started with a debt recovery process to get late and non paying tenants up to date. After a though audit we send out our Pre Court Action letters to 16 tenants and upon receipt, 4 late payers paid immediately, 2 entered into payment plans and a week later 2 more paid in full their arrears! This week we issued 2 S8 notices for possession and one more tenant has now paid their arre...ars.
