Tesco Extra

Yesterday myself and my 2 son's took part in brave the shave in the salon located in Tescos. The manager laura was very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us along with Louise the manager of the salon. Thank you Tescos and salon staff for making it such an amazing experience.

Went to see the Coca Cola truck and it was fab, Tesco’s staff were amazing a really looked after the people and wanted to help anybody, Tesco’s fantastic well done

Thanks to the lovely guy (Paul?) in the phone shop upstairs, who let me borrow a USB power cable for my flat phone so i could continue doing my shopping with my phone charging and enable me to call my hubby for a pick up! Life Saver to a damsel in distress!

I would like to thank the lovely people at Tesco for your kind gesture of paying for my cakes/ buns. I was about to pay for when staff came running over to tell me tesco would be paying for them. I think I surprised a lot of people running around in my wedding dress in your store lol needed the cakes for my reception as the buffet didn't put any buns out for the children so me in a total panic ran straight over to my local Tesco which I use every day. I can't thank you enough xxx the kids enjoyed them. Kind regards wendy. Xxxxx

I visit the oak tree store most days... but today my son fell while goin up the escalator, e was talkin to me then turned round but as e did e lost his balance, I asked a lady on the clothing department if he could have a plaster an she fetched a first aider he came along with another worker, they were both called Andy, I didn't get the ladies name, thankyou all so much :)

I must say I can't thank tesco oak tree lane Mansfield ,enough for letting us waspi women stand Wednesday 31 May , they was exceptional made us very welcome and all their staff was very polite be proud tesco be very proud , a lot of people have got information leaflets now that they knew nothing about , ,and your community champ Charlotte was brilliant you got the right person there doing that job , well can I just say thankyou again xxcolleen Eales

Did the refurbishment on this place, from management to staff all was very helpful and assisted in the successful hand over, I personally enjoyed every minute whilst working there

Best shop ever! Everything you could ever want and clothes section is also amazing ����

The jacket potatoe was really nice as was the tea, the cafe wasn't busy so I found it very relaxing for my 45 mins break,

Normally like Tesco.. but went to cook a pizza that I brought from there on the 8-1-18 to find out it was out of date on the 7-1-18.. so will be back up tomorrow.. check your dates... disgusted customer!!

I shop here as it's close to home and used to be enjoyable shopping but now it's a fight to get to the produce due to the massive amount of staff shopping for online orders...aldo 3 times this year the shopping trolleys have retained my pound coin ...there is never any staff in the car parks to speak to and every time I have phoned I cannot get through the phone system...i spend approx £500 a month shopping and am seriously considering going to another supermarket

Heard on breakfast tv that petrol/diesel had gone down 2p however at Oak Tree lane Tesco Diesel seems to have gone up ????

disappointing that upstairs retail all changing and household squashed downstairs.Looked and felt like a complete shambles.Shelves closer,when will tesco realise customers want to primarily buty groceries!!! Think they are losing sight of what the customer wants.Are tesco that desperate.

Popped into the cafe at 215pm on a Sunday. No hot food. Considering there was nearly another two hours before the store closed this seemed unreasonable. Tables messy. Somebody's tray with left over food by the window. Not sure how long that had been there as they'd stopped serving hot food a while before..... Disappointed.

Came in yesterday for breakfast with a couple of friends and it's safe to say i will not be eating in there again the food was appalling and very expensive i asked for scrambled eggs on toast with tomatoes and was charged for charged for 2 separate breakfasts when i asked about this was looked at blankly and told thats wot it is! My friend asked for a mushroom and tomato omelette and received a very hard folded egg with a pile of mushrooms and half of tomato dumped on the side its safe to say ive never seen such a unappealing plate of food.. On the plus side the latte was nice

Well I was walking around browsing when I was approached by a member of staff she was very rude and told me to move out of the way!!! No please or thankyou just move out of the way now!! Safe to say I won’t be shopping here again

We use this store most weeks, but not for our main shopping. We get sick and tired of having to work our way through countless staff who are doing the shopping for on-line shoppers. Also, the bakery...not good and products are seldom fresh that day or they seem not to be fresh. generally staff are ok.

So then just been to Tesco and they had no loose bananas they only had organic ones priced @ £1.39 so i weighed them which made them 70p & scanned on self serve but the woman came over & said they were not loose bananas so they were more money! (They will be loose next time love)!

My question Tesco! Y should i pay £1.39 for bananas that you claim are organic when i wanted loose bananas that you ever so conveniently have never got!

Disgrace and you should be ashamed of yourselves ��

So I go to my usual Tesco store, somewhere I go at least once a week... I get my hair and nails done here to at the salon



I get some Easter eggs, I'm in a rush so I use the self checkout tills.

as I'm packing my bags...one of your employees (Teresa) just grabs an egg out of my shopping bag that I'm filling...

rudely and loudly exclaims "you've not scanned that!"

I reply I have it's there, and I pointed to it on the till...

"no. Let me check. I think your going to steal"

so she check on the till...the till saying I had scanned it isn't enough, she empties my bag, at which point I'm red with embarrassment, mortified...everyone looking, think I had stole a £1.50 Easter egg.

When she finally come to her conclusion that I have scanned everything that was in my bag...she just walks away...not even an apology

So I go over to the costumer service area...I'm greated by a very happy and helpful lady...(didn't catch her name) she calls for the duty manager over the tannoy twice no answer

As I'm stood there waiting a security guy calls over the tannoy again...

I'm still waiting

Another lovely lady comes over and explains she's not the duty manager but wants to help...she was lovely reassured me she would sort the issue out

I'm writing this because not only was I served by a moody rude assistant but ignored by a duty manager

I stood wondering how many other unhappy customers were there leaving your store today?

Heard on breakfast tv that petrol/diesel had gone down 2p however at Oak Tree lane Tesco Diesel seems to have gone up ????

disappointing that upstairs retail all changing and household squashed downstairs.Looked and felt like a complete shambles.Shelves closer,when will tesco realise customers want to primarily buty groceries!!! Think they are losing sight of what the customer wants.Are tesco that desperate.

Popped into the cafe at 215pm on a Sunday. No hot food. Considering there was nearly another two hours before the store closed this seemed unreasonable. Tables messy. Somebody's tray with left over food by the window. Not sure how long that had been there as they'd stopped serving hot food a while before..... Disappointed.

Came in yesterday for breakfast with a couple of friends and it's safe to say i will not be eating in there again the food was appalling and very expensive i asked for scrambled eggs on toast with tomatoes and was charged for charged for 2 separate breakfasts when i asked about this was looked at blankly and told thats wot it is! My friend asked for a mushroom and tomato omelette and received a very hard folded egg with a pile of mushrooms and half of tomato dumped on the side its safe to say ive never seen such a unappealing plate of food.. On the plus side the latte was nice

Well I was walking around browsing when I was approached by a member of staff she was very rude and told me to move out of the way!!! No please or thankyou just move out of the way now!! Safe to say I won’t be shopping here again

We use this store most weeks, but not for our main shopping. We get sick and tired of having to work our way through countless staff who are doing the shopping for on-line shoppers. Also, the bakery...not good and products are seldom fresh that day or they seem not to be fresh. generally staff are ok.

So then just been to Tesco and they had no loose bananas they only had organic ones priced @ £1.39 so i weighed them which made them 70p & scanned on self serve but the woman came over & said they were not loose bananas so they were more money! (They will be loose next time love)!

My question Tesco! Y should i pay £1.39 for bananas that you claim are organic when i wanted loose bananas that you ever so conveniently have never got!

Disgrace and you should be ashamed of yourselves ��

So I go to my usual Tesco store, somewhere I go at least once a week... I get my hair and nails done here to at the salon



I get some Easter eggs, I'm in a rush so I use the self checkout tills.

as I'm packing my bags...one of your employees (Teresa) just grabs an egg out of my shopping bag that I'm filling...

rudely and loudly exclaims "you've not scanned that!"

I reply I have it's there, and I pointed to it on the till...

"no. Let me check. I think your going to steal"

so she check on the till...the till saying I had scanned it isn't enough, she empties my bag, at which point I'm red with embarrassment, mortified...everyone looking, think I had stole a £1.50 Easter egg.

When she finally come to her conclusion that I have scanned everything that was in my bag...she just walks away...not even an apology

So I go over to the costumer service area...I'm greated by a very happy and helpful lady...(didn't catch her name) she calls for the duty manager over the tannoy twice no answer

As I'm stood there waiting a security guy calls over the tannoy again...

I'm still waiting

Another lovely lady comes over and explains she's not the duty manager but wants to help...she was lovely reassured me she would sort the issue out

I'm writing this because not only was I served by a moody rude assistant but ignored by a duty manager

I stood wondering how many other unhappy customers were there leaving your store today?
