We have been working hard all day to get this lot up for the rain tomorrow, still a few more to go up but we will be nice and dry! Bring on Rodneystock 2018!!!!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! Rodneystock Tomorrow! We have all come to terms its not going to be a dry one, today we will be putting up extra tents in the car park to keep you dry all day! Bring some warm clothes and we will try our best to keep you dry...

Went today for the first time on an off chance drive to somewhere with a beer garden. The service and food was amazing both my partner and I enjoyed our time there and a cheeky piece of chocolate fudge cake!!! Would recommend 100% it's our new favourite pub to eat at. Thank you so much to the lady on the bar who was by herself and to the chef for an amazing lunch xx

Went for lunch had chilli chicken wrap it was beautiful came with chips salad and coleslaw well worth the money and lovely service too �

Went Friday evening for a bite to eat had the most wonderful Irish stew with warm crusty bread liked it so much we are going for Sunday lunch tomorrow , also dog friendly so this is a place we will be attending a lot

We moved to Calverton in March and The Admiral Rodney is exactly what we were hoping for from a village pub. Lovely.

We have recently moved to Calverton . We have had had several meals and nights with family and friends . Food is fab the service is swift and on time . It's more then a local . Bar staff are friendly and work all bar areas well . We are glad it's our new place to go . �

We have been going for lunch here for the last couple of years ,we went today to celebrate our friends birthday and the meals were so good ,very tasty, huge portions,customer service was was fantastic the young man who looked after us is a credit to your pub thanks for a lovely time x

Our 7 year old asked to come here for his birthday as he loves the food. All our meals were amazing and the service was fantastic. It was especially nice how they bought out his cake singing happy birthday

Great food with a friendly service. Didn't have to wait long to get our food and it was well presented. And half way through our meal we were asked if everything was ok, this I thought was a considerate idea, not one that is offered very often.

We Moved To Calverton 5 Months Ago & We Go In At Weekends The Bar Staff Seem Friendly & It's Allways A Good Drink Of Guest Ales, Not Yet Eaten But Intend To Soon, It's A Good Village Pub

Have to declare that this is my local and a firm favourite.

I've spent the last year working in Warrington so haven't been able to get in much, during that time.

Went in yesterday for my birthday, and enjoyed it just as much as ever!

Food (we each had a dish from the specials board) was its usual high standard and the beer is still well kept.

Can't comment on recent less than positive comments on the staff - they seemed to have plenty of time on their hands, but at 6ish I assumed that the full complement was on hand in readiness for a Friday night.

All in all, happy to be back, and I'll be back!

Good range of beers. Big beer garden. Friendly staff. Decent grub. A great local

Would have been better if, after one sip, in view of two employees enjoying a cigarette on their break, a gust of wind hadn't blown the menu, knocking over my large glass of nice, red wine after only one sip. Think I may have offered a regular glass ...but I'm soft.
