This is how we do vegan at home! BOSH ultimate bowl food. Incredible fennel and puy lentil salsa with roasted veg, sweet potato, asparagus and spinach. What's not to love!

OPEN AS USUAL FROM WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY THIS WEEK. Catch us while you can! We close the door for the final time at 3 pm on Friday. Sad but true😣 We'd especially love our loyal regulars to pop in to say ' see you soon' and receive a special invitation to help us launch our new place with a 🍾🍷🥂. We know who you are! 😉

WE'RE RELOCATING! As a lovely elderly lady came to the deli today and told us how sorry she was that we were closing, we thought we'd better clarify our situation. We will be moving to a brand new premises towards the end of the year near Newark.
The winter has been a long and hard one for our incredibly new business and it has taken too long to establish ourselves as a destination for our less traditional and varied menus in our rural location. We are passionate about offe...ring our customers a wide range of dietary options and will be continuing with many of your favourite menu dishes alongside more of the unusual and exciting dishes we love to experiment with too in our new premises.
We'd like to thank all our local and far-flung customers and our lovely business neighbours who have supported and encouraged us from the start.

Lemongrass and ginger cold brewed tea. Served over ice.

Into the new! Smoked mackerel, beetroot, horseradish and baby mixed leaf salad on grannary or quinoa salad with toasted harrissa flatbread and salad. Come on all our food adventurers!! It's the weekend and we're ready.

Enough cake choices today? Dare we say... clotted cream too!

Summer salads just made. Take-away or add to one of our cafe dishes. Orzo and summer veg with sun blush toms or hoisin, soy and honey dressed quinoa and mixed beans.

Lucy's delicious Water Kefir and Kombucha. Raspberry, passion fruit and coconut water and hibiscus Kombucha. Lucy will be running a course to learn how to brew these pro- biotic fermented drinks #myhealinghut

At my own table tonight!

We loved the food at the deli so much that we asked them to cater for our daughter’s christening. The menu they devised and the food they delivered was absolutely delicious. People were going back for seconds and thirds and we had so many compliments. I highly recommend the cafe itself too which is warm, friendly and with great coffee too.

We came in yesterday. What a lovely place you have. The food and cakes were delicious. We will be back and we will spread the word to our friends and family. Thank you x

I phoned this morning to ask if they had any cakes that were both dairy and nut free before taking my daughters in for a treat. They didn’t but immediately offered to get one in the oven ready for our visit - amazing customer service! And all 3 cakes we sampled were absolutely delicious, thank you �

Called in on Tuesday lunchtime . Very friendly greeting when we went in . Lovely atmosphere and decor . I had the bean burger on flatbread and Dave had Scotch egg with ragu . The food was very good , very tasty. We then shared a scone with cream and jam as we were quite full but they looked too good to resist . A great lunch in relaxed but friendly environment . Definitely will return .xx
