Bohemian Rhapsody is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury, who defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet. The film traces the meteoric rise of the band through their iconic songs and revolutionary sound, their near-implosion as Mercury's lifestyle spirals out of control, and their triumphant reunion on the eve of Live Aid, where Mercury, facing a life-threatening illness, leads the band in one of the greatest performances in the history of rock music. In the process, cementing the legacy of a band that were always more like a family, and who continue to inspire outsiders, dreamers and music lovers to this day.

Whenever we show up we are treated like old friends - always friendly service & home cooked food. This little quirky gem of a pub is always a pleasure to visit & I particularly like catching up on the Sunday supplements I’ve missed! There’s loads of live musics & events all through the year so well worth checking ahead to see what’s on. Great Sunday lunch too ;)

User

What a great day for the World Hen Racing championships. Unfortunately our "Best Looking Hen" - Jemima just sat on the start line. Great beer even in the outside (which with other venues is not the case) Will be back next year, if I can get round the 2 hairpin bends. Look forward to see how brewery progresses.

User

Went there for the weekend parked up the motorhome for free and had the most fabulous food ,that lady can cook .Entertainment was good as well look forward to seeing you again soon .xx

We visited The Barley Mow twice for dinner and both times we were served delicious meals cooked with love, in my words " proper grub". The Barley Mow is a quirky little boozer with friendly staff, highly recommended! xx

User

Such friendly bar staff and an amazing selection of food. can't wait to go back

User

So glad we made the effort to find this cracking little pub. Fab welcome, made the kids feel part of the place, genuine interest in us as visitors and cooked up the best roast lunch I've had in a long time. Only downside was the drive that followed, meaning no sampling of the ales and ciders. Is 3 1/2 hours too far for a new local? Thanks for having us!

User
