We have just had my husband's joint 60th Birthday party & son's 18th at the hotel. Cannot rate them highly enough. We had an Elvis themed evening with Elvis inspired food. Graham, the Chef totally embraced this and the food that was served was totally amazing with many guests asking for the recipes for his meatloaf and cornbread. It was of the highest quality. What can we say about the staff...Every single member of staff was fantastic and supportive of our wishes. Mike took all stress away on the evening and just kept being there to do everything with a smile on his face. Huge thank you to Clare who went out of her way to make our event run smoothly and Jonathan for all the help with our party. Thank you to Caroline, always smiling . Stayed for 2 nights, used the leisure facilities which are fantastic. Had hair and makeup done at the Beauty Spa and Hair Salon. The girls were so lovely and I will definitely be back. Absolutely amazing.

We had our wedding at the Bentley on July 1st 2017 and all I can say is FANTASTIC....from the food, drink, service, rooms, absolutely perfect!! The best part of this hotel are the staff, sooooo helpful and a credit to this place!!
Claire the manager helped us plan our wedding and was so patient with me.....and then there is Giovanni!!!! He is brilliant and the day was everything we hoped and wished for!

We had a 2 night stay for our honeymoon (they didn't know this). The staff were extremely friendly and on occasions went beyond what they needed to, even to the point where they gave us 2 desserts that weren't on the menu. The food was to die for (and I'm a picky steak eater ) any extras you needed for the room (milk n teabags for us) not a problem just ask !! They spa people were really helpful as we had no idea what we were doing as family had paid for the break and we weren't sure what we were doing, they talked us through everything and in a way it didn't make us feel like novices (recommend the rasul mud temple treatment ! ) . Highly recommend this hotel and Spa ! Mr and Mrs Hardman
To say we only live 40 minutes away from The Bentley, we had the most fantastic time , staff were so approachable, friendly and happy .
Had the best back massarge from a lovely lady.
Food was first class from a sandwich at lunch to a 3 course meal in the evening.

Really surprised this is a 3 star, in a great location, Mcdonalds opposite and just off the main road, the spa is the best thing about it, cheap treatments, was a really nice experience defo a must and a good value for money, the leisure club has a sauna, steam room, swimming pool and jacuzzi all were of a great standard and helped relax before a work meeting the next morning. The room itself was a off a good standard, good heating/ac unit but it was a bit noisy, shower could have had a bit more pressure but that is me being very particular - pillows were of varying nature soft, orthapedic etc

Really pleasant surroundings, and the attention given by the staff, from the moment we checked in to the time we departed, was excellent, particularly the young lady on duty in the reception, when we arrived on the Friday, and the Maitre-D in the Restaurant who went out of his way, along with his staff to make sure that my wife was looked after, with the special attention for her menu choices.
Nice large family room, nice bath,wide screen tv.Quiet even next door to the lift...Food in restaurant was delicious, great big breakfast,nice size pool&very good steam&Sauna. I would stay again...
My husband and I chose to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary at the Bentley Hotel and we were not disappointed. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and very comfortable
Lovely party for my dad's 80th. The catering staff were so helpful in helping me divert a cake disaster after a hot car journey! Thanks so much to them. Lovely hot buffet with veggie and vegan food as nice as the meaty stuff. Great range of guns, although bitter was awful!
Just had afternoon tea at the Bentley, it was really nice, with lovely fresh sandwiches, and 5 cakes each as well as scones with jam and clotted cream

Great night at the tribute night .disco was great food was quick to come out and tables cleared quickly too.only thing was that some of the veg was a bit too hard .Our table had a fab time and we were up dancing!

We had a lovely time at the spa, there was thirteen of us, we had a very warm welcome, and a room to ourselves, nothing was to much trouble. Lunch was wonderful food was beautiful. The only reason I never gave 5* was not enough beds around pool area, and most of the lockers keys did not have a fob for us to return back to spa area, so we spent most of our time in the retreat room. Your staff are a credit to you 💗
The waiting staff worked hard and were very good! The restaurant Manager was very hands on and made sure everything was running smoothly! Table looked beautiful! Starter was lovely - I had the salmon and the pudding to die for! The meat was lovely but the broccoli was only just shown the water and was so hard I could barely cut it! Yorkshire puddings were tasteless and didn’t enjoy the roasties. Our party had a wonderful evening and the entertainment was amazing! It was a charity event in aid of LIVES and general consensus was that, although we had a wonderful evening, the vegetables were all too hard and meal disappointing
internet didn't work in the room in was in last week so I got moved on the 3rd night of my three night stay. Informed them that a number of the TV channels did not work and were pixilating badly.
Been put in the same room again to be sure of good internet, but nothing has been done about getting the TV reception fixed. Arrived last night at 9.30 after travelling for 4 hours, and calling to say that I was coming late but definitely coming, and after checking in and putting my things in my room, found the restaurant closed at 9.30, but there is nothing on the menu's in the rooms saying this, and the person at the hotel when I called didnt think to inform me of the fact there would be no hot food, or I could have eaten in town when I got off the train before going out to the hotel. I also then had to suffice with my no.5 choice of TV program to watch, being that they had not fixed the TV problem..... very weak! nice people, but.....
