We had bottomless afternoon tea, and it really was bottomless! There was loads of food; food, tea and prosecco was constantly topped up without asking, and the service and food was both fantastic. Really good value for money, highly recommended.

Was there yesterday for endless Prosecco afternoon tea with large group of friends - loved it - food was amazing, prosecco plentiful and the staff were all lovely. Was my second time - can't wait for the next

Visited here a number of times both as a customer and as a musician playing various events. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I was an awkward customer on my last visit and they were great. Their pizza's are lovely too.

I have been to The Exchange on numerous occasions for many different reasons and then recently I held my wedding reception here! Fantastic day/night of afternoon tea,pizza and champagne! The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful and made sure my guests had everything they needed. Lauren coordinated all the arrangements and communication was fantastic. Highly recommend this venue for any celebration/gathering or just food and drink! Thank you everyone x

Have been here a couple if times to attend a soul night put on by friends,and loved the place. Quirky and cosy...and in the day time I visited for a coffee and a snack before a show at the curve with my mother and daughter. Staff are loverlee and its a great place. Well done to all :-)

Had a fantastic birthday party in the lovely basement venue. It was an ambitious event involving lights, screens and various other gadgets, and the staff could not have been more helpful and supportive; from lending us a laptop so we could extract music off a memory stick, to storing the equipment overnight, saving us a lot of hassle at the end of the evening. Lauren, the booking manager, answered all my queries promptly, and was very friendly and professional. There was a slight dispute with regard to the catering but this was quickly resolved, and another manager, Jon, took the time to verbally discuss this with me, rather than just message. All in all, I felt looked after throughout the whole process, from the planning, right through to the end of the event. Thank you all for a truly wonderful evening!

Friendly staff, a well stocked bar including some interesting drinks, well kept and interesting premises/decor. Plenty of interesting extras like Musicians, Pub Quiz and DJ's (I once saw Happy Mondays legend Bez do a DJ set there.)

From my daughters birthday parties -(which had taken place in both the snug and the basement, a special thank you to Lauren for the party organisation), to comedy evenings and cocktails. The food is delicious, we love the pizzas. The staff are lovely and accommodating and I appreciate being able to use my curve card! Thank you guys for the wonderful experience each time.

Last night was one of the best nights ever, my daughters 30th birthday , however the staff at the end of the night were a disgrace, spoke disgusting with attitude, unproffesional, leaving my daughter in tears which made lots of people unhappy, service charge ┬Ż3.50 per person, service was disrespectful, would not recomend this place to anyone at any time.
