Great to be here today at The University of Nottingham Food Science New Product Development showcase - lots of lovely products including Bramley Apple sorbet made with our very own products - a delicious, vegan, fat-free treat with an amazing Bramley tang, & Fruit Leather made from our Bramley Apple compote. These guys have done an amazing job; meeting our brief for new products that fit the Starkey brand, are produced sustainably & taste delicious. And two WINNING products! 🎉 😋🍏

Little fruit buds are starting to appear on our apple trees - we call this stage of an orchard’s development ‘Mouse Ear’ because the tiny fruitlets resemble the heads of fluffy mice 🐭 Cute! It’s a true sign of Spring on the way ☀️🌸
