The Food Enterprise Workshop is a free 2 Day workshop where you can learn the basics of opening a food business. This project is part financed by the European Regional Development Fund. Coming March 2012!

The Food Enterprise Workshop is designed to help individuals who are interested in starting their own food business but who need that extra bit of motivational or business support. The free two day workshop , which is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund, breaks down the key legal requirements of what you must do to start a business and offers access to free ingredients so you can test your own ideas in a real life market environment.


We have a professional and dedicated workshop coach housed within a purpose built workshop fully equipped with modern catering facilities located conveniently in Leicester‘s Indoor Market.
