Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here on Friday before going to a funeral. . Service was good too.

Lovely food I had the veggie pizza was so nice! Sarah served us was very friendly and professional! The desert was awesome!!

EDIT: just been in for lunch now and it's back to the good old days...great food, great service and great staff! Good luck to all for the new menu :) Unfortunately this place has gone down hill the last few months. Used to really enjoy coming here but service is now poor, meals coming out with large gaps between deliveries, nobody checking how the food is, dirty plates not being cleared away before desserts and walked past two members of staff on way out tonight and not one thank you or goodnight. It's a shame as the food is really good still

Been here twice now and both times the meals were lovely.... my wife left her phone there today and they kept it safe until we collected it... Faith in humanity restored!! Thank you all at the Grange... see you again soon �

1st visit to our local since it’s refurb. Interior is nicely done, very fresh...just like the food. 5 different meals and everyone loved them. The pizza my lad had looked great. Great service too 👍🏼

Had a lovely family meal to celebrate a 10th & 43rd Birthday in the family.

Pleasant staff and lovely food at an excellent price.

A great night all round.

Fine for a drink outside in the sun, great prices and good selection of beers. I do feel the place is missing a trick though, the food and decor let it down. A refurb and improved menu would attract so many more local residents, we go to close by village pubs usually instead but would much rather be able to walk here, just needs updating.

We visited on the 31st May 2018 and we order food whilst visiting your pub and this was not what we expected as the food was not good

We visit our son in law and daughter regularly, and it used to be our favourite place, sadly no longer.

The place has changed so much, probably management,also the menu, but sadly the food is no longer what it used to be.



Sad because this is a great location, and a nice pub with a great atmosphere, we used to look forward to our visit to the grange.

On the plus side the food is reasonably priced and the staff still very friendly.

It needs to get back to what it used to be.

Nice place, nice garden area, awful customer service. Ordered food and they didn't warn us about the wait. Sat there for 40 minutes, no food. Went and asked where it was, 20 minutes later still hadn't arrived. Won't be eating here again!

Need more bar staff waiting to long

went in last night and it seemed like only youngish lads on duty,my daughters meal came out wrong after waiting 40minutes,it wasnt busy either,a lady also had to wait while her partner ate his,then some one else took their meal back and complained and said it was rubbish.we have always had good food and service but last night was real bad

Went over the bank holiday and food was late and poor.

Gave it another go this weekend, over an hour for food and when it arrived we had to take the children’s meal back.

Won’t be bothering again!

Was waiting to order at the bar, took 15 minites just to go served as the bar staff was serving every person that just came up rather than us. Waited 55 minutes for our mains to come out, we had to ask where they were. In which they gave us no explanation. The food finally turned up to turn out it was cold food, food missing from plates. The spicy rice was not even spicy just normal basmati rice with parsley leafs. And the chicken was chargrilled that much ypu couldn't cut through it. Horrible experience

Was in there from 6pm today went to order food at 655pm to be told no more food orders we r tooooo busy, WTF supposed to be an eatery, shut the place down if it can’t manage people.

Terrible experience tonight- was at the pub celebrating today’s achievements however, we have come away very disappointed.

Food took over an hour, when it did arrived it was incorrect and missing two dishes - that never arrived!

Food that is on the menu as gluten free was covered in breadcrumbs and clearly not gluten free.

No apology and was greeted with “so you want a refund then?”!!! For the food we hadn’t received!

There was all sorts of problems in the pub. What a shame that this pub continues to disappoint!

No running water really?!?! Avoid the toilets at all costs everyone �

Disgusting service!

Greeted with a miserable face to follow when taking our orders to just answer the phone mid order- thought that was very rude. It took over an hour and still no mains received, when asking where our food was the gentlemen kept making excuses saying it’s gonna be out in a minute & that they’ve only got 2 members of staff on shift that we will have to bare with them. Another 20 minutes passed still no food out & no explanation or sorry to why this is being so long whilst our pizza was sat there for a whole 40 minutes getting stone cold on top of the pizza oven. When going up again to ask for our money back, the assistant manager was very rude and argumentative and kept raising his voice. Very unprofessional and not manager like at all. I have always visited the grange and recommend it to friends and family but I will not be returning and I’m certain I won’t be recommending this place to anyone I know.

Currently here, it’s pretty much empty, taken 45 mins for dinner to come out and 25 minutes for dessert! Food isn’t great either
