EVERYTHING we do is home-made, lovingly prepared freshly each morning by US! We are really passionate about serving the best vegetarian food in Derbyshire. We use locally and ethically sourced, organic and fair-trade ingredients wherever possible. . We serve a range of vegetarian dishes, including some that avoid gluten and some vegan dishes. . we invent quite a lot of our own recipes. . We serve teas, coffees, hot chocolate, cold drinks, hot cordials, soups, meals, deli lunches (a bit like a ploughmans but with choice! ) cakes, scones. .
