From Paul Townsend: Re Squier P bass set up by Robin a few weeks ago... I finally got around to rehearsing properly with my Squier today and wow, I'm even more amazed than before. Every note just jumps off the fret board no matter where it's played, high end, low end or anywhere in between every single note rings as true as the last with no discernible finger pressure whatsoever. No buzzing, no choking, smooth as silk. Ideas flow from my fingers into real music. I'm a much be...tter player than I thought I was and none of this would be possible without your expertise. I can hardly believe it's taken me 37 years to realise the huge advantage of having a properly set up guitar & I can only guess at how much better I would've been by now had I realised sooner.

I've just had my bass set up and serviced by this chap & what a terrific job he did. I've had my Squier P bass for 23 years and it's never looked, played or sounded so good. It's like having a new guitar. I can't tell you how pleased I am. The list of things needed doing ran to two pages, he's a perfectionist and worth every penny. Thank-you Robin. We spent a very enjoyable Bank Holiday with freinds at The Royal Oak, Car Colston. There is a large field behind the pub (that's our caravan) where we meet up. The hot weather made it very enjoyable!! We are back now though, and Robin is busy at work catching up. Yes, that is Robin, AKA Guitar Doctor, showing his legs off😎🍷😍
