Wonderful night again Jamie as ever was very helpful and an asset to the team. Always enjoy my nights at The Hutt thank you Jamie.

Went Friday night after it being done up and open night. I had won the comp for vip. It was amazing. Staff was fabulous always food was delicious has always. Definitely recommend thank you to all xx

We went last night for the first time. Lovely homely food. Good portion sizes and very tasty. Staff friendly. Thank you, will definitely be returning.

We visited on Valentines evening....the food was delicious! Best thing about our evening was the lovely Molly, our waitress..quickly followed by the wonderful ales you can choose from. Why bother with fizzy plonk when you have such brilliant beers �. Cheers, will be back soon...Mr and Mrs Busy B �.

I go to The Hutt ever Saturday, had a lovely rump steak and Strawberry Sunday, kids had burgers and chips.

Staff are lovely and food consistently good.

They are always busy at weekends so booking advisable.

Had a lovely time, Easter Sunday 2018 very easy to book, had a lovely table, the food was amazing. We had a bottle of wine and a soft drink, 3 very big roast dinners tgat were cooked to perfection and 3 very caloriefic puddings all for around £60, a bit more than what we usually pay but then we are Witherspoon kind of people, so this was a very nice and welcomed change. Would deffinatly go back, if we can get a table ! !

Been here a few times now and have never had a bad meal. The staff are attentive without being in your face, the choice of food is plentiful and oh my, the sauce for the Gourmet Gammon is one of the best things I've ever tasted! You should bottle it and sell it! Won't hesitate in coming back. 🙂

A lovely friendly restaurant with delicious piping hot food.The set menu is a excellent price for what you get which is filling and plenty of choice.The steak and ale pie is gorgeous with tons of meat. We will definitely be back again.

I'd like to say thank you to The Hutt for accommodating us today when we stopped for drinks after our run.



I would like to add however, that if your staff should wish to pass comment about customers then maybe they should wait until said customers are out of earshot!



Having a cold drink, alcoholic or not, after running does not 'defeat the object' of running. Some of the ladies had never run 5K and so it was very well deserved after having spent the last 10 weeks working bloody hard to get from nothing to 5K! And a hot and hilly 5K at that. Some of us had also just completed 10K early that morning and a good 15 miles during the week. I'd say a beer at the end of a week to celebrate was pretty much worth it! Maybe said waitress would like to join us next time �

Great food. Nice menu choice too. Could do with some better dairy free alternatives, brioche buns on all the burgers for instance. But the food we had was excellent. Only reason it's not a 5 star? The veg in the chef garden bowl wasn't piping hot. But it tastes great, the sea bass was excellent, the dressing was on point, the service was good and the place has a great atmosphere. As I said, only a couple of gripes really and they're a bit minor.

Good ingredients with a better variety of mains. Service was slightly slow with a poached egg that was closer to being hard boiled.

A change from the normal chain pub food but with a couple of amendments would be amazing

Honestly I’ve paid less and ate better steaks at Wetherspoons wouldn’t of paid full price glad we had vouchers. We had Sirloins and they were tasteless I surf and turfed mine the calamari was straight out of a packet not fresh like I’ve had elsewhere come on guys get your act together high price fair quality

Food very nice even if little over priced but service very poor slow didn't ask us if we wanted more drinks an to say we'd booked our meals before going sat there for 3 hours for main meals an 7 puddings then waited 20 for the bill because they couldn't find it !!

Although some of the waitresses were lovely albeit overworked, we found certain staff to be quite rude. Parts of my meal were cold, and not usually being forthcoming with complaints as I understand what a hard job it can be sometimes I politely mentioned it to said waitress. I had soggy freezing cold crackling (main reason I chose my main) to be told "this is the only sort we have so what can we do?" And my stuffing was also cold. Both components came back to me after being microwaved, still soggy crackling but now rubbery and hot! My partner then tried to hand her the receipt tray to pay to which he got a "I don't need that!" And was left holding it while she sorted another customer... we were left with empty plates for almost 40 minutes and had to prompt for the bill. My chair was so badly placed I had to stop a gentleman from eating his meal to stand to let me out. We wanted more drinks and desserts but decided against it as we weren't prepared to wait an hour... really disappointing when we've had such lovely meals with you before...

When we ordered, the food came out wrong and by the time they brought the corrected food back out the rest of the food had been eaten!
