My mum and I’s first visit the the Ivy Lodge this evening and it was just perfect. The ladies made us feel so welcome! Our facials were bliss and we both feel very relaxed. We will definitely be back very soon. Thank you for a real mid week treat! X

My 7 year old daughter along with 3 friends spent an hour having their nails done as a birthday treat. The all had a fabulous time, a huge selection of nail colours, birthday balloon and cupcakes. A perfect treat for 4 little princesses. Thank you

Memory that came up in Facebook today! I took Katie out to lunch yesterday, and the waitress said "Out with your daughter?"! They were amazed when I said it was my youngest granddaughter!! (17) my eldest being almost 21. Thank goodness for Estée Lauder & The Ivy Lodge!!!! Felt soooo good to hear that. !! Keep up the good work team!!

Last Tuesday I had wonderful facial with Michelle. She is so lovely and friendly as are all the staff. Lovely set up within the grounds of the garden centre... but you don't get the impression that is where you are. Certainly I will be booking again.

I took my daughter for a little lady's manicure for her birthday and she loved it. The staff made her feel very special. We will be visiting again that's for sure.

I had a wonderful pregnancy massage yesterday by the lovely Michelle who made me feel at complete ease. It was very relaxing. Would highly recommend this treatment ~ I would have one every day if I could! All staff were extremely welcoming & professional. Can't wait for my next one! Thank you

I don't think I can praise the salon enough! From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel welcome. The staff and therapists were all lovely and very considerate (I'd recently had major surgery so was a little nervous but that didn't last long at all!). I had an absolutely gorgeous facial followed by pedicure and manicure all of which left me feeling so relaxed. My nails look lovely and I could see a real difference in my face too. It's amazing what treatment by a professional therapist in a good salon can do for your general health/wellbeing and I walked away feeling so much better than when I first arrived. A big thank you to all.
