Fine Cuisine is a catering company formed in 1988 by Jayne Mansfield and based at The Lyric Rooms.
The company offers an outside catering service and a high quality individual private function room in the heart of Ashby de la Zouch.
Fine Cuisine over the last twenty years has expanded significantly and provides a range of catering services for all types of occasions. Our clients have included Prince Charles, the late Queen Mother, Sir John Major and the High Sheriff of Derbyshire and Leicestershire and many sporting celebrities including George Best, Sir Geoff Hurst, Dickie Bird, Jimmy Greaves, Paul Merson, Nobby Stiles, Bruce Grobbelaar, Graham Gooch & Billy Beaumont to name but a few

We're back TOMORROW Wednesday September 26 at The Lyric Rooms with the first film of the new season - The Post (12A), starring Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks. This thriller, set in the 1970s, is directed by Steven Spielberg and stars Meryl Streep (who was nominated for an Oscar for the performance) and Tom Hanks as the owner and editor of the Washington Post. The film recalls the 1971 revelations of a devastating internal report that showed how the White House had been lying abou...t the Vietnam War and the struggle of the Post to publish it against a backdrop of political intimidation. Saw the Comedy Fumhouse there last night.
Not laughed that much since Jezza Corbyn announced he was auditioning to be the next Forces Sweetheart.

My new wife Tracey Cooper and myself would just like to thank Jayne and her staff for the wonderful job they did of hosting our wedding day celebrations on 22.07.17, they decorated the venue out beautifully and the food was delicious and lots of it everyone there commented on how good the food and the venue was, we cannot recommend the lyric rooms enough superb venue
Jayne and her wonderful team catered for our marquee wedding reception in August. The food served and service provided was absolutely outstanding. Jayne and her team have such attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. We cannot thank Jayne enough for all she did for us on our wedding day. We both received so many compliments on how delicious the meals were and how professional the team are. Thank you!
I hired the function room for my husbands birthday meal - the food was excellent, staff were attentive and friendly, the table was laid to perfection and the venue was truly fantastic. It was a very intimate evening made all the more special by Jayne. Will definitely use this venue again

Fine Cuisine provided catering services for my brother's wedding and the luncheon on the following day. All food was superb and the staff, led by Jayne, were extremely efficient and cheerful. They made the two days very memorable for the family and all our guests. Thank you, Jayne and your team for a faultless performance.
Fantastic venue. Fabulous food. Staff are exceptionally well trained. Never have to queue at the bar despite being very busy, always a bonus!

Fantastic comedy night with funhouse at the lyric rooms. Just love this place. I've been to tribute nights, Sunday lunch, film nights too. Food is great and the staff always welcoming. Nice building and when funds allow I guess the ladies could do with a makeover. It's one of my favorite places. Well done �
