Lovely building, great outdoors, gorgeous indoors, fab selection of drinks, bostin food! Brilliant prices! And the staff were excellent!

The food was amazing, we had a table for 4 and the service was brilliant. I couldn't fault the food at all.



I'd recommend this place to anyone who loves pizza and grilled items. Good selection on the menu too. Defiantly will be going again!

The best pizza ever!! Staff are polite and helpful, I do miss the buy one get one free, makes it a bit expensive now but it's nice for an occasional treat

Had a table booked for 6 of us today should of been 7 my fault but this was no issue at all and it was quickly sorted .

We were sat in the windmill part downstairs and had an absolutely fantastic meal the staff ( sorry I can’t remember the lady’s name she had glasses and was extremely happy and up for a laugh ) were fantastic also.

We didn’t have to wait long for our drinks and food .

Bit disappointed that they have finished the 2 for 1 meals but that isn’t a decision made by the restaurant but head office.

Great meal last night for my sons birthday, we all enjoyed our meals, there were 8 of us everything arrived together and hot, service was also excellent, lots of menu choice. Thankyou

Been for a family birthday meal today for 10 people it was really nice the food was excellent and service was good will definitely be back soon! �

a good experience for me and my daughter, food was very good, didn’t have to wait long between courses waitress very pleasant, only thing I can say against this restaurant is that the apple pie could have been a lot larger portion, other than that, everything else was spot on .

Was in for a meal tonight with my fella & we both opted for the Brazilian steak skewer with a masala chips side. Didn't have long to wait & it came out swiftly, well cooked & hot. Recommend this dish..very tasty. Staff polite & attentive. Would definitely visit again.

The steaks and mixed grill were great all cooked to our liking

Nice surroundings friendly staff speedy service

Even the deserts were amazing apart from a chip in the glass at the bottom stand of my sundae glass

Good service from the minute me and my girlfriend walked in the door food was excellent and good value (if there is two off you as you buy one get one free)...so all in all great..will be back soon.

Wanted bailys coffee, couldn't get the key for the cupboard, so after waiting 20 mins we gave up and had plain coffee, service wasn't brilliant, not a smile in the place, online menu still has 241 but the bill told us differently!! However, our camembert share ring and sirloins made up for it! G

Food was outstanding! Steak cooked to perfection (rare).. shame the service let it down!

Called into the milestone this evening ( it's local and we like it, usually ) but today it was a bit of a let down . Despite being greeted at the door and shown to a table , that had only one chair , another chair was found but then I was told we couldn't have the chair after all , it had to go back where it came from . ( A replacement was found eventually ) . Orders were taken and a 35 min wait before being served. Not a problem for freshly cooked food . But after waiting for table to be cleared and sweet order taken we had another 35 min wait . Eventually we cancelled our order and asked for the bill . In fairness we did then get given a slight discount and an apology . ( We weren't the only people grumbling about the waiting times ). The waiting staff can't be faulted they are amazing in the face of adversary. Hope this is a "one off" ?

Called in for tea on a Friday evening and as I hadn't been here before l ordered their fish and chips (apart from liking fish and chips my thinking is that if they do a good job then the rest of the food must be good).

The was plenty of it but the fish was tasteless. If I had removed the batter and closed my eyes then I would have no idea what I was eating.

Next time I'm in the area and decide to go there then I'll choose a steak and hope they know the difference between rare, medium and well done.

Service was good, for a large restaurant, staff friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, just that damn fish.

Looking forward to trying this place but wish we hadn't bothered . Nice waitress but everything else was a let down. Ordered two sirloin steaks intrigued by the addition of a small pie containing a peppercorn sauce that was to come with them . When the plates arrived we were told they didn't have the pies shown on the menu so had given us 2 onion rings as a replacement. The steaks were ordered medium rare , but manageged to be well done on the outer layer and although pink in the centre completely Dried out and very grissley.

Less than impressed and won't be returning anytime soon .

I've been here quite a few times and some of the staff are lovely others are very rude. On multiple occasions we have ordered and paid for food at the bar, to then be told 10-15 mins later that they have run out of our required dish. The last time I went we just ordered desert again they had ran out of what we had ordered. I was offered no appology and had to order something else. The dish I ordered was slightly cheaper however I was offered no refund. I had to ask for this. To which the waitress first told me I was wrong, them slammed my change on the table. I won't be coming here again in a hurry. I am normally a very tolerant person and would give somewhere another chance but I feel this is becoming a regular occurrence.

Was very much looking forward to Sunday dinner after working all weekend.

No roast dinners left and many of the specials were unavailable too

I ordered chicken tikka masala which was served on normal dinner plate , rice to one side and i can only describe it as a supermarket / frozen curry on the other half of the plate.

I counted four square pieces of chicken and the presentation was terrible. There was a nan bread and popadom on a separate side plate

Absolute disgrace to serve a dish in this way

Will certainly not be going back

Tried to book a table for ten people yesterday they were rude and refused and hung up on me

Thought we’d attend our local. Was absolutely horrific! Food has seriously gone down hill it was cold and tasted like it had been re-heated! Service was horrendous also, took forever to be served and the staff are SO rude!! Definitely will not be coming again to eat. Shame really as it’s a lovely place to sit out in the garden in the summer months.

��� If you’re ever in this neck of the woods I recommend this place!
