I'm afraid to say it's this time of year again...the coughs and colds are back.
Top tip to help your protect your back: try and get into a neutral position before the sneeze arrives! If possible, don't be in a bent or twisted position as these postures place more stress on your spine at the best of times without the force of a sneeze!

We love that Princess Eugenie has chosen to show her scar in her wedding dress. Scoliosis is a very common back condition that we see and varies hugely in severity. It's great to raise more awareness of it.

Jenny has done her St John Ambulance first aid course yesterday and is qualified for another 3 years. Lets hope we don't need to use her skills!

Summer has lots of great perks but unfortunately there's always something out there to ruin our fun.
Punctured lilos, prickly heat and planter-fasciitis!
Often triggered by wearing unsupported summer shoes it can stop you in your tracks and cause pain for months.
... If you think you have this don't leave it, seek treatment sooner rather then later.

Online bookings. As you know we have changed our online bookings provider. We have now discovered that it will not show any availability for same day bookings, only what is available 24h ahead. I know this is stupid and have been talking to the developers. At the moment you will need to ring to see if we have appointments on the same day. Sorry. Weeks of back pain gone in a few clicks of the back! Excellent service. Highly recommend!!

Very professional people, polite , understanding and most of all they get you back on our feet again. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, i would advise anybody suffering to give these guys a try 10 out of 10.

Vaughn is brilliant. Very professional and knowledgeable. Spent many a session on his couch sorting my disc problems. Eventually succumbed to the surgeons knife but his physiotherapy and support was brilliant throughout. Still have to visit from time to time but when a twinge occurs I'm confident he will put me right as quick as the body will allow. Thx Vaughn

The team here are wonderful. My husband has been several times with his back he's gone in walking like an old man and came out normally. As for Helen she's been treating my son she spoke to him unlike others he's the patient not me. She put him at ease and he's not frightened to go back.

Thanks to Vaughan's skill I have been pain free after a shoulder injury in the summer. Highly recommended professional sessions. Thank you.

Just had Helen give my feet some very well deserved TLC after my Moonwalk challenge. It can be months between appointments but itŌĆÖs like seeing a familiar friend every time I go!!

I have been going for years and can highly recommend these people, fantastic ­¤æī

I had an appointment with Helen today & she gave my feet the serious MOT that was needed. She did an absolutely fantastic, professional job and I feel like I have got life back in my feet again. Thank you so much Helen. xx

Highly recommend for any back pain or help with getting my carpel tunnel diagnosed with the hospital,can't thank them enough for all there help over the years with my condition.

Highly recommend Vaughn and the team if you have any issues with your back 10/10

Had first appointment with Vaughan today after being passed around NHS departments since Oct and never being examined. 1 hour with Vaughan and I finally feel like I can be repaired! Very thorough and very friendly service. Thank you!!

Fantastic as usual, Have seen Vaughan for many years but also see Jenny as I did today, immediate relief gained from todays appointment, exactly what I needed,. Highly recommend this practice.

Easy online booking system that gets you booked in easily and quickly. Got an appointment the same day which was just what I needed. My first visit to an Osteopath and Jenny made me feel very relaxed. I was able to talk to her about my back problems and she was attentive and knowledgeable. The treatment was pleasant and enjoyable, not at all painful as feared. I felt great when I left and that feeling lasted a long time. I'll keep doing the stretches to improve my back problem and will return if I need any more help. I would definitely recommend this centre.

Don't go anywhere else! You will always get expert advice, support and excellent treatment here from highly knowledgeable and skilful practitioners.

Came to Jenny after meeting and becoming friends at the gym. After talking about my injury/issue she got me into her practice and was very thorough. Asked all the questions needed and was very patient with my treatments and how to handle pains/aftercare. Jenny was also very down to earth and realistic with how many treatments would be needed; not trying to just keep you coming back, but actually treating you! Would recommend her and the Osteopathic Centre to everyone!

Been to loads of places for my aches and pains, usually come away feeling a little bit better.



Every time I come away after an appointment with Jenny my body actually feels like mine again.



Felt like giving her a high five after today's session but said thanks instead
