Went for dinner to this lovely pub for the first time today! CouldnŌĆÖt fault it at all. I had the roast beef dinner and my daughter had the lasagne. The service was friendly and efficient! The food beautiful. Thank you !

We use the restaurant about once a week. Always a warm welcome from Landlord (Simon), Hannah and all the staff. Food outstanding, menu great, highly recommend you try it.

Stayed in Lincoln for three days this week gone. First time in the area, decided to try the Peacock Inn for some food. Excellent quality and great portion sizes for the price. Very pleasant staff working there, especially the young lady serving our table considering there were eight of us, all needing separate receipts for work expenses! Due back down there in March and I certainly intend to pay another visit.

Our anniversary meal and it was superb food at reasonable prices and the staff were lovely too.

Lovely place to go for a meal, great food & friendly staff. Highly recommend it. Look foward to going back again soon!! ’┐Į

Lovely food. Really tasty. IŌĆÖve had the linguine, lamb shoulder, lasagne and fish and chips (not all on the same day) If you havenŌĆÖt been definitely do. Friendly staff and landlord. An all round warm and welcoming pub to visit!

I have eaten in hundreds of pubs on my travels. But none compare to The Peacock. I had the Monterey sizzle. Amazing. Not just the food but the staff are cheerful and wanting to help. Lovely pub. Keep up the good work. Best pub food in England.

Had a lovely meal this afternoon with a friend, both of us can be pretty picky, we ended with our plates clean. we loved everything about the place staff were very nice and food was amazing, will be definitely coming back, thank you

Had a brilliant Sunday roast - chicken stuffed breast meal, it was amazing, one of the best Sunday dinners I've had in ages, all for a bargain price of only ┬Ż7.95 can't recommend the place enough, my compliments to the chef.

Had 3 meals at 3 different times and thourly enjoyed every one, the peacock have nice friendly staff and the pub itŌĆÖs self is a relaxing friendly place, I highly recommend it

Great landlord ,super staff,fantastic food ,been going here for 8 years and it gets better all the time,always call in for lunch on our way to Skegness ,oh and a nice pint too ,beers looked after properly

Food is excellent, had Sunday lunch the past few weeks, the food is steaming hot, fresh veg is lovely, massive Yorkshire puddings. Sad to say never been able to manage a pudding as too full...will keep trying. Well done

First time visiting on Thursday evening and boy the food was gorgeous , my partner had a mixed grill and said it was cooked to perfection , clean plate from my very picky boy definitely be coming again and your waitressing staff were fab and a credit to your establishment thankyou for making a fab evening for all my family ­¤śŖ

Earlier on after placing my review on facebook a couple who was on a table close chose and selected their food and ate it decided to winge and moan about it and thought that they would get for free! But as I said earlier the staff at the Peacock are professional and courteous Mark gave them a free dessert, which they ate and complained to each other after devouring it and licking the dishes clean. What do people want for excellent and reasonable priced meals,

I have to say that I'm pretty dammed disappointed with the manager/staff of the Peacock. Way back in March of this year I rang and booked a birthday buffet party there for 50 people to be held in the afternoon of 22nd December.I was given a price per head and assured that we would have the entire restaurant to ourselves and would be free to have music etc etc.Very pleased with this I invited said friends and family!

Yesterday, out of the blue I received a phone call from the peacock telling me that it wouldn't be possible to do a buffet for up to fifty people that day,as it was their busiest day and that they could only do the sit down Xmas menu for thirty.i was offered an alternative date after Xmas but this didn't fit in with my other plans. So, as it's now almost September and the chances of me finding another available venue are pretty slim, you can imagine my displeasure. Not happy at all!!!Please feel free to share!
