We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone at platinum suite for making our wedding day so perfect! It really was the best day of our lives and everything about the venue was amazing. Big thanks to Shazmin who made the whole process so relaxed and enjoyable during the lead up and on the day. Our main contact was Shazmin and she ensured everything we wanted was perfect and she was extremely organised and professional. The day ran so smoothly, they really thought of everything and everyone worked so hard. Thank you all.

Want to say a huge thank you to everyone and Platinum Suite for making my day so special, especially to Shaz. She went above and beyond what I expected and I could not have asked for more. Thank you so so much for everything you have done for me.

The Hair Stop

We had our works Christmas party here last night. Entertainment was good n the disco after was great. Food was lovely, I ordered wine n it was all really nice wine. The white wine was in an ice bucket. We had a great time. Would recommend this to anyone

Thanks for the impeccable service, shazmin you were great you helped make this event a wonderful event and everything was so well organised we had nothing to worry about everything was handled for us. Definitely will be using platinum suite for future events!!

It was a really wonderful evening of disco dandiya. Came specifically for the event from London and was worth coming.

I'd like to thank The Platinum Suite for making my wedding day really special! Everything went as planned and even better! Thank you Shazmin for looking after every little detail from the lady welcoming our guests at the entrance, the delicious mocktails to the coordinated waiters.

Had our annual works do for the 1st time at The Platinum Suite and it was top notch from start to finish.... The Rio Carnival theme was excellent, food delicious and staff super friendly, cannot fault anything, thanks for a wonderful evening guys

Fantastic venue for anything. Navratri 2017 was amazing at the venue. Professionally organised and a good time was had by all. Management for the event and venue are excellent.

We went for a Xmas do 2015! Thought it was ok, a number off courses of food but the drinks were pricey! Overall good value for a Xmas do. Was also better inside than outside.

Ok so we were upstairs last and it was absolutely baking although the tiny Windows were open it was so hot up there I think maybe you need to invest in some air con apart from that it was nice good was lovely the waiting staff could be abit more vocal when serving food as every time I got pushed in the arm to move out the way so they could put the food down as an ex waitress I no how hard it is to be heard so they need to raise the volume up a little.....�

The music was fantastic but the food was very very bad . We all three of us were sick vomiting when we got home .

Attended a Christmas function last night. Aside from one of the dancing girls having a peachy bum, everything else was distinctly average at best. The food portions were 'rationed' and the quality not great. The bar staff were continually trying to add their own margin to the drinks prices which were already inflated. Poor value for £60 ph. To cap it all the venue doesn't seem to want to take responsibility for any of it. That's really poor guys and I will leave it for you to address with the company you hired to.

We went for New year party and food was disgusting specially vegetarian option another thing we asked 3 4 times for bollywood songs but only punjabi song was played. Although we paid same price for the table but there was no decoration on our table and when we asked their was no reaction from the Manager and he didn't bother even, he just avoided us. only one thing was good about party were the waitresses they were very friendly, polite and helpful. After spending £35 each for party we had to buy our own water from the bar and by law every restaurant has to provide tap water.�hope their is no rating system...
