2 boxes were dropped off this week at Knighton Fields Primary School and All Saints CofE Primary (Knighton Fields pictured below).
We still have 3 senior school boxes ready to go so please share this post with anyone who works at or attends a senior school in Leicester or the surrounding area who might like one of our red boxes! #redboxproject

We are back from our break and ready to go with three more senior school boxes. If you know of a school that might like one please get in contact via the message button.
We will be getting boxes to Tudor Samworth Grange and Knighton Fields Academy in the next couple of weeks but still need homes for the three boxes pictured above (please excuse my messy house!)
We also currently have boxes in the following schools:... Sir Jonathan North CC Lancaster Academy English Martyrs Catholic School Moat Community College Madini Schools Federation Beaumont Leys School Trans4m Brookvale Learning Campus Wreake Valley Academy New College Leicester Gartree High School The Kibworth School South Charnwood High School Hamilton Academy Willow Bank Day School Soar Valley Academy Rusheymead Primary School Brockington College Cedars Academy
In other news, thanks to all who donated at Sainsbury’s Fosse Park this week, we were particularly happy to see some lillets teen items and lite tampons. We still need a lot more of these (but are really ok for super and super plus tampons) so please consider buying these if you are planning to donate this week. #redboxproject

Our 20th box went out today!
Cedars Academy in Birstall had their box dropped off today.
A massive thank you to those who responded to our post about a spare box - we also have managed to line up another box for shortly after Easter!
... Thank you to all those who donated this week - the Fosse Park Sainsbury’s bin was emptied again with two large bags full of goodies!

Thanks to everyone who heard our plea for lillets teen range towels and donated this week. They have been much appreciated in the box given to Rusheymead primary school; we now have another primary school box to fill and so need more. They are also really useful to have a couple of packs in the senior school boxes for the younger year 7/8 girls there.
We also need more LITES tampons (the blue coloured ones) but have plenty of super and super plus tampons to last us a very lon...g time, so if you were thinking of donating tampons this week please either the normal or lite versions.
Thank you to all our supporters as without your help we would not be able to keep providing boxes to the local schools.

We have one more senior school box ready to go but nowhere to take it to! If anyone attends, has children at or works at a local school and thinks the school would like one please get in contact!
I have contacted all the Senior schools in Leicester city and several in the surrounding county areas already, however often the message does not get through to the right person - so if you can tell me a name of who to contact that would be even better!

Super busy week this week for RBP Leicester! We have delivered new boxes to Rusheymead Primary and Soar Valley Academy. Top ups have been taken to Lancaster Academy and Madini Girls School. New donation boxes have been taken to Leicester Royal Infirmary and Leicester Sexual Health Clinic for collecting at those locations. And finally a huge bag of items (including much needed lillets teen range towels) were collected earlier from Glebelands Preschool! Thank you to all our supporters who donated this week; without your support none of this would happen. #redboxproject

Box number 17 dropped off at Brockington College in Enderby today!

If anyone is in Market Harborough tomorrow, check out this event - also collecting donations for The Red Box Project South Leicestershire!

User

We now have a donation point at the Knit One Wool Shop on Pocklingtons Walk. A big thank you to them for supporting us, stop by and donate today!

User

Really pleased to find these “lites” tampons whilst sorting out donations today! We get a lot of “super” and “super plus” tampons but rarely get these “lites”, which are more suitable for young teenagers. If anyone is thinking of donating tampons to us this week we’d be really grateful for some “lites” (the blue shaded packs).

User

If anyone is thinking of donating this week we really need more supplies of the lillets teen range and any brand of sensitive (or perfume free) towels. The lillets teen range is really popular with the younger girls as they fit better in child sized pants.
Lillets are currently on offer for £1 at boots and Superdrug - or of course the ones pictured below are at our biggest donation point at Fosse Park Sainsbury’s!

Not us, but the first RBP started 2 years ago today! Happy Birthday!

Thanks to everyone who donated at Sainsbury’s this week! In other news a top up of tampons and pants was dropped off at Beaumont Leys School!
