I have studied many therapies over the last 10 years. My work is all about relaxation . . finding calm, strength and inner peace. Learning new coping strategies . . finding yourself if you have lost your way in life and having time just for you.
In my summer house I have created a 'safe haven' where you can 'relax' and 'be'.
My aim is to provide you with the very best experience I can.
I have a passion for crystals . . and use these in my work. To each client I give a gift of crystals explaining their wonderful properties.
The summer house is warm and inviting. Candle lit and and gentle music in the background.
I see people on a 1 to 1 basis or in small groups of 3 or 4. I have recently launched a Meditation Workshop running for 6 weeks. See main page for details. This was launched on Saturday the 6th May. Today 8th May I am launching a Weightless Clinic.
I now sell a selected range of beautiful gifts . . all Meditation appropriate. Crystal Guardian Angels and Suncatchers. Tumble Stones. Guatemalan Worry Dolls. Pendulums. Porcelain Stars and Hearts with inspirational messages. xx
