Ouch 😣 I know a few of you have definately felt like this after your PT or circuit sessions with me! Yesterday afternoon i set out for a run along the Tissington Trail in Derbyshire & only ended up completing a half marathon, 13.1 miles!! I've not ran this far in quite a while & it was tough going especially in the 26° heat, but once i'd committed my mind to the distance, there was no stopping me 💪
I've trained for & completed a few half marathons before, so i knew my legs would be feeling sore this morning 😁
Remember... The body achieves what the mind believes - Train your mind to be strong & believe in yourself & you can achieve anything!

Transforming your body at any point, especially after pregnancy & child birth can feel like a really daunting prospect! Pictured here at 7 months, i remember looking at my growing bump & wondering if my body would ever recover & just how much more weight i would gain in the last trimester!! Staying active throughout my pregnancy definately helped, but i'm not going to lie it's been a tough jouney. The first 12 to 18 months after were the hardest for me, it takes some time for... your hormones to return to normal & making time to workout when you have a young baby can seem like a real effort. Everyone's journey is different & we all face various challenges along the way! Whilst i've not yet achieved all of my goals, one thing i'm certain of is that we can achieve the results we desire if we remain determined, consistent & focussed on healthy eating & regular exercise! Be patient, keep going... it may take months, sometimes years but your results will be worth it xx

I cannot stress enough the importance of drinking plenty of water, especially on days like these 🌞 If you're coming to tonight's circuit class be sensible & ensure you're sufficiently hydrated!! 2 litres at least throughout the day...

Really love my 1-1 PT sessions with Becky and also love the boxing and circuit classes. I have grown in confidence massively since I started. Now I look at my life,diet and exercise in such a different way than I did before. I am really looking forward to sharing my journey with Becky and really do think I can achieve my goals with her.

Iv been to many gyms in my time to lose weight iv found Tone zone she is amazing lady iv got ill health and she read up on what iv got and iv neaver felt so good in my self I can’t wait to go and see her every time thank you X

The group wasn’t to big meaning Becky was able to help all those attending, making sure I was doing the exercise correctly and making me feel at ease and comfortable while doing so � thank you Becky! And can’t wait for next week x

Had a great work out today mostly legs and arms. made Beckie laugh along the way she try's to kill me off but no pain no gain!!! finished off by doing a exercise called bug on its back! Well I never? failed on that lol. But Beckie is great really knows her stuff and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Becky is an amazing and patient trainer. She really does make the session enjoyable to be in and I look forward to each session even when I’m feeling tired or not on top form.

I’m holding myself better, my self esteem is improving and I’m looking forward to feeling even more benefits going forward. I feel as though I can take on the world.
