Well I wished I'd have had found this place last yr . we're on our 4th visit food staff excellent so big thank you . Chloe , Ryan, Jane and all staff for Making out holiday a great one .

We visited twice... both visits were perfect. Quick service, fresh cooked, quality food. My daughter was feeling poorly, so they offered her beans on toast, whisk wasnŌĆÖt on evening menu. A very small gesture, but made our visit perfect.

We have visited the View on many occasions and each visit has been very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and the bar service is good too. The location is perfect! The menu caters for most palates and the quality of the food is very good. Service for food can be slow but it is cooked fresh! Prices are what you would expect for the location on a par with Marios which we visit often. We were there yesterday and sat outside taking advantage of the cocktail bar outside. Verdict? If you want to eat cheaply then you may find it pricey but if you want a ideal location and view of the sea and good ambience then the price fits!

We had fish and chunky chips & a tuna melt beer great food great view great ’┐Į

Visited here about 4.30, just before going to the theatre. Service was swift and very friendly. They werenŌĆÖt very busy, however there was still plenty of staff available. Food served was hot, plentiful and great value for money. It certainly is a lovely view, overlooking the beach and sea. Will be returning soon and again in the summer.

Such an amazing place. Whatever the weather you can still enjoy looking at the sea whilst enjoying delicious food and drinks. Yesterday we had afternoon tea for mother's day. Incredible. Warm welcome, loads of sandwiches and cakes and a bottomless tea pot. A big thankyou to all who work in The View.

Love it here everytime we come to Skegness we visit the view. Food is lovely & the setting ’┐Į would 100% recommend this place if youŌĆÖre in the area xx

Ideal location, food was very good, cocktails yummy and staff very polite, would recommend this place.

I often eat out at the view I live in chapel and itŌĆÖs one of my favorite places to eat. I have never had a bad word to say the staff are friendly and helpful IŌĆÖm disabled and they all make sure I have what I need . The food is lovely the cakes are amazing I love the iced coffee I have at least 3 while IŌĆÖm there. ItŌĆÖs So clean itŌĆÖs the first place I head when I have visitors love love love ­¤ÆĢ

I had the Sausage and Mash my missus had the Meat Pie ---- both meals were exceptional!

They were served by a cheerful waiter who returned after a short while to make sure our meals were satisfactory.

Will re- visit excellent value for money.

After following this page for a while I dragged my boyfriend here for breakfast. The breakfast was very over priced for what came out...black pudding was as thin as the bacon and you only get half a tomato as a portion??



I ordered a chocolte orange crazee shake for ┬Ż8 looked amazing... was just over an inch of plain milk in the bottom the rest was cream which was so disappointing. I do these in my caf├® and was so looking forward to one being made by someone else...



We ordered breakfast and drinks at the same but the drinks didn't come until after we'd finished our breakfast!



Not impressed and shan't be returning.

after a 45 minute wait and watching my mum and dad eating they realised they hadn't even added my order ! mum had the mix grill and the meat wasn't even edible for dogs ! shocking service and food !! FUMING was for my mum's 60th aswell!

Went for breakfast before riding down to Great Yarmouth, had a 45 minute wait only for breakfast to be bought out cold with not fresh mushrooms and an under cooked egg. The young waitress, who was great was so appologetic and said she would mention it. Based on this experience we would not reccomend nor would we go back again

Just left The View after the most awful & disappointing experience. First of all, it was our first time visiting, despite being local (not that that should change anything) however it seems the staff favour who they think are local to those they think are on holiday.



We finished our first course (which was awful) & got up to check the cake counter for pudding, and our reserved table was cleared and a new couple (who had the most sour faces I have ever seen in my entire life - wow) were placed there, even though we werenŌĆÖt even finished.



The reason that this is so disgusting is that the guy who served us KNEW we werenŌĆÖt finished as we had drinks behind the bar still. He apologised but we just took our drinks and left. Horrible experience and definitely wonŌĆÖt be back.



Such a shame as The View is continually hyped up, but we just didnŌĆÖt understand why.
