Group frequency meditation sessions:
Frequency meditation differs from other meditation in that a high frequency energy is run on the group whilst meditating. This healing energy is very balancing and profoundly relaxing.

It creates a wonderful sense of fulfillment and creates shifts from within. It enhances a feeling of inner harmony and deep peace, strengthening your core sense of self and allowing you to discover who you truly are. It balances the emotions, allowing you to go more with the flow of life's adventures.

Meet an intimate group of other like minded-people and chat about life and the universe over a cup of tea and biscuits.

Complete each session with two frequency meditations which will help balance out your emotions for the week ahead.

When:

Wednesday evenings, term time only. The sessions run from 7. 30 onwards with time for discussion or general chitchat, if you so wish.

The cost is £7 per session on a pay as you go basis.
