Front of house bar person wanted, good standards and customer friendly service essential, experience preferred but not necessarily, weekend work also essential, strictly over 18 please no time waster. This is a part time hours job, the job will still be here after Christmas.

This pub is great! They offer transport from the holiday park we are staying at so we thought we would give it a try! Lovely, friendly pub with friendly helpful staff, food was really good and quick to serve. Reasonably priced, can't go wrong. We will be back!!!

Stopped in with my sister for a bar snack at lunch time yesterday. Pub was very clean and welcoming, staff very nice. We both had a sandwich with chips which came with a large salad garnish. Food very nice. I would recommend The Winking Man and will call again when I'm passing.

Our band Ruffnecks had the pleasure of playing there last night. A great venue with great staff and appreciative customers. A really good live music venue and we can't wait to return and play for you all again.

On behalf of Leek Carnival Queen Committee, thank you for letting us use your function room for our event today. It was just the perfect venue and even the sun shone. We made over £325 for West Midlands Air Ambulance. Thank you

Me my family and partner came for the Electro 80's night last night. Ive never been the winking man before but heard brill things about it. Can 100% say I will be returning! Food was super tasty and the entertainment was fab!! Thanks for a great 23rd birthday 🎊

Lovely people behind the bar. Food was great and nice and quiet at night for sleeping in our campervan.

Highly recommended , food was excellent staff very friendly definitely be visiting again

Had a great meal in the bar, sanctuary from the horrendous weather and kipped in the camper in the car park for free. We will be back, plenty of events advertised. �

For those who know myself and my new wife Kathryn. The winking man is the perfect venue for your wedding. We attended the rock nights and tailored our wedding around our love of Rock music.

We had the ultimate wedfest! Julie and Pete, on behalf of me and Kathy THANK YOU. You rock!!

Food is superb and you are well looked after by the staff who are friendly and professional. Hope to become a regular �

First time we have been and definitely would come back, warm welcome off the bar staff and friendly service, loved the home cooked food, I had the beef & beer pie with puff pastry, was expecting to pull the pastry up and have hardly any filling but that was not the case, it was all beef and cooked just right, my partner had the peppered rump steak and that was cooked just right too, it was just a shame we didn't have room for pudding :) Thank You

First time here yesterday and absolutely loved it. Great bar staff, music, people, atmosphere and facilities. Will definitely be returning.

Came here today 15/4/18 from Buxton Raceway. Absolutely beautiful meal all home made and fresh staff are very friendly. Highly recommended

Came here for the first time yesterday with the motorbike club served 9 of us fast had a top meal all homemade deffinately be on the cards to come back but will make sure it’s warmer.

Called in on our Grand Tour which took in Scotland and all the uk national parks. Great atmosphere and food. Jo behind the bar was so lovely AND busy. See you again when we are back up t’north.
