We have 2 spaces available in our younger class (3yrs to 6yrs) and 4 spaces in our older class (7yrs to 11yrs). Please get in touch if you would like a space for your child/children. Brilliant start to our new Scotby classes. Thank you to our friend Janice who is also a Children's Physio for helping out today while one of our Therapists is on holiday. As it was World Earth Day on 22nd April, our poses were themed around this. We begin with an opening Community Circle and Mindfulness activity. Everyone worked hard on some breathing techniques. Our poses were: The Earth, Tree Pose, Mountain Pose, Blossoming Flower, Partner Pose 'The Hills', Bike Cycling and Tractor Driver. See you all next Saturday. Well done little Yogis 😊.

🌼SCOTBY CLASSES🌼
New classes begin tomorrow. We have some consent forms for parents to complete while one of our therapists begins the classes with the little ones. 9.30 to 10.15 (3yrs to 6yrs) & 10.30 to 11.15 (7yrs to 11yrs). Please could all children wear comfortable clothing, bring some water or juice and a small blanket for our 5mins of relaxation at the end (if they have one). Looking forward to meeting lots of new faces in the morning. Claire, Karen & Meddy Ted 😊.
