Permanent Solutions

three six five sources highly skilled engineering candidates and present them for interview to fill permanent staffing requirements. We offer electrical /mechanical /multi-skilled maintenance engineers, team leaders & managers.

We have developed a bespoke process to attract the best engineering talent the UK has to offer. This is an established method that works extremely well. We will keep in regular contact with you and the candidate throughout the recruitment process. This is to ensure a smooth transition from the initial meeting to obtain the job description, to the chosen candidate successfully starting their employment with you.

Temporary Solutions

three six five enginering can either work on a weekly /monthly personnel budget or advise hourly rates for each engineer. We manage all payroll for our contractors onsite & can also supply a three six five engineering representative to attend site for inductions & site liaison with yourselves should this be requested.

We can cover projects start to finish or at any stage during a project assist to increase additional manpower. We can also supply engineers to cover shifts during busy periods, holidays, sickness etc.

We offer a standard rate this is for all hours worked and there are no additional charges for other expenses or shifts e. g. nights, bank holidays etc. Below are examples of the services we can provide.
