Hello everyone Wedensday the 15th August we will not be open until 11am, this is so we can set everything up for our brilliant fun day we have planned. We hope to see you all there :)

What can I say bar thank you to Warwick and his member of staff (I’m sorry I didn’t see your name) for staying open for my daughters party today. Shocking snow but they stayed and put on a fab little party for sienna, they didn’t moan once, stayed happy and smiley all day and look after us well. Your boss/owner should be super proud of you for being so compassionate about a little girls feelings that would have been so disappointed if you had closed. Candice xxxx

We had our daughter's birthday party at Tiger's today and it was fantastic. The staff were all lovely, the kids had so much fun and the food was great. The customer service is exceptional here, our party host Jack was just brilliant, so friendly and helpful. It was all made so easy for us. Special mention has to go to Dawn the manager who really helped us out when a Mum lost her keys. She couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend Tigers it's our second party here and we'll be back. Thank you for a great day �

Today my son had quite a bang to the head which needed an ice pack! The staff were brilliant attended to us quickly, filled a form and even checked the area he did it on to make sure it was safe but also rang me before they closed to ask how he was and if he was ok! We love coming to tigers it's always clean, food is great and good value for money! It gets very busy but the staff keep on top of everything and all work fab together as a team. Will be visiting again soon.

Tigers is our closest soft play, my little girl always has fun and the layout means you can always see where they are.

Thank you to Joanne who hosted her 3rd birthday party last weekend. She was very helpful, the party went very smoothly and everyone that came had such a good time. It was so easy and well worth the money, which was very good value anyway!

It’s the first time here for us today. Great welcome.

Friendly staff, lovely food. Quiet too despite it being the school holidays. Will be back even though we live an hour away. �

They gave our son free ice cream as it is his third birthday � �

First visit here and our kids loved it!!! Loads to do.

Staff very friendly and actively cleaning while we were here keeping on top of things.

First visit for me today with my Grandson. Excellent venue, Grandson loved it. Pleasant,friendly and polite staff. Good food too. Will be back soon.

Brilliant facility. Travelled from Coventry to get here, as heard it was worth visiting. My kids loved the play facility and will definitely be visiting again. Staff were fantastic and helpful, really great to know nothing was too much trouble.

2-9-17 this is the second time we've visited Tigers both times it's been fantastic, absolutely no complaints from the moment we get through the door the children are off playing only to be seen when thirsty, on Saturday we met family for a 2year olds birthday, the staff were friendly and welcoming the whole atomosphere was relaxed, cleaners hoovering and clearing tables constantly making the place seem clean.

We all ordered food which was served promptly the adults even had a sneaky round on the go karts which totally made my fathers year I'd say.. we took varied ages children with us and no-one tired of the activities available, everything was priced reasonably and I would highly recommend Tigers 🐯 well worth the drive..

2 birthday party’s at tigers indoor place 2 yrs in a row great place to host a party.. love the party room up top.. with 15 children their brings lots of extra parents and extra sibling’s so bringing business with every party. Lots of parents sitting around would be nice to offer them a pot of tea or coffee with yr £9.95 per child charge.. was disappointed that I couldn’t purchase this and wasn’t prepared to pay £1.85 per cup for 15 sets of parents

Kids had a lovely time this morning here. For me thought I was really disappointed to see you still offering throwaway plastic teaspoons, throwaway plastic cups and throwaway plastic milk capsules...could you consider switching to normal teaspoons and a jug of milk for customers to use? And re-usable cups for the children? You must dispose of a horrific amount of plastic waste on a daily basis.

Kids are being educated at schools now on waste...would be great to see this being reinforced at Tiger soft play, please � �

Me and my family bring my son here regularly, never had a problem but today apparently its ok for children to throw cars down the slides, hitting other children with said cars, the girl on the till not giving a monkeys, that isnt the place i want to bring my son anymore and will be finding an alternative soft play

Just a review from today 30/8/17

Arrived just after 11. Place was packed which you would expect to see on rainy school Holliday day. That wasn't the issue managed to find a table and my girls when off to play. I had 3 girls with me 2 mine and 1 a friend's.(2 x 6years 1 18 month old) I went to order food and after being in a que for over 30 minutes I got to the till and was told there was a 30 minute wait which wasn't too bad or so I thought. 40 minutes later nothing by this point all girls were hungry. I went to desk and was told 10minutes. I gave it up to the hour then went back yo ask to be told another 30 minute wait. So I'm then having to buy all 3 girls more snacks and drinks when they should of been having there meal.

I was then told they only had 1 Chef. 1 Chef on a rainy school holiday day and a packed play area. Surely there was enough staff to help out.



Well nearly 2 hours later someone comes to my table to say they couldn't read the number on the order ticket a d wanted to check it was my order said my order had been sat waiting.



Not only had I waited nearly 2 hours by the time the food arrived but it had just been sat around.



Not happy at all. Really need to look at staffing and help for that poor chef. Hope to hear back from someone soon

An allergy mum's nightmare to be honest! Food everywhere on the floor and grubby baby toys that clearly haven't been cleaned properly in a long time, most of them also didn't work. Remembered why we normally travel to the hub now! Might be local but I'd rather travel to a clean and allergy safe play area!

Was so disappointed by this place. Everywhere felt dirty, with the carpet covered in trodden in food and thick dust underneath all of the equipment. Their cleaning schedule needs a serious review!

Took my 2 year old today, and she ended up screaming and terrified after feeling trapped by two approx 16 yr olds climbing on the equipment and backing her into a corner. After going on and getting her out she was too scared to go on again..we sat and had lunch trying to distract her, eventually convinced her to give the under four section a go. Which surprise surprise was full of kids at least 10-11 years old. Ignorant parents too busy on their phones, staff completely disinterested, and a lack on basic supervision from anyone at all. Kids were even trying to take the large toy boat down the slide which I'm pretty sure is a huge h&s hazard!!! Staff were told about the older kids and did absolutely nothing. How I didn't lose my shit in that place I will never know!! Utterly crap....back to rugrats for me!!!!

Today was mine and my daughters first visit to tigers. The staff were friendly, however were permanently on their phones. Being a soft play I did find this a bit off nerving as I thought there should be a safe guarding policy in place. However, the state and condition of the soft play was absolutely disgusting. The dust was thick everywhere and the baby toys were grubby as well as the high chairs. I can’t say we will be returning as my daughter just was choking and coughing the whole time we were there due to the dust. Food was the highlight; but was cold.

I took my kids there about 2 weeks ago and the food was horrendous I had to take my cheese and ham toastie back cause was burnt like charcoal come on my 7 yr old could cook one better the kids didn’t like there sandwiches which was only ham I went there about a month ago and orderd cheesy chips and the chips were hard there food is poor they need a proper chef in that place for the price of the food u expect it to be eatable I won’t be going back there in a hurry
