used to come here myself as a child and was always great. now my daughter loves it here too got to be one of the best play areas in the area keep up the good work :)

What a gem of a place. We were looking for a place to take our 5yo when the weather was typically British. Found this spot online. It was really busy but we found a place to sit quite easily. There is a village, roads, a play frame, ball pool, some swings and slides. Inside the village houses there are interactive things to do and behind the houses are more things to do. Our 5yo loved it. We had drinks and some snacks which were lovely and not over priced. £3.95 to play all day, you can come and go as often as you want. Brilliant spot would definitely recommend a visit and not just on a rainy day. The staff make the place and offer a friendly and warm welcome. My only critism was the toilets needed a bit of attention with "mucky" marks smeared on the walls and they didn't smell too good. This can be forgiven though as the rest if our experience was positive.

What a fantastic place food was great staff are so nice and it's cheap would recommend any one with kids go and have a fantastic day out we give it 10 out of 10

We visited whilst on holiday, the place is so lovely, my daughter loved it and I loved being able to run around and play and go down the slide. The sandwiches were nice as well. Great value for money and the staff are lovely and friendly

We come to skegness every year, and always go to ingoldmill to visit tiny tots, lovely play area for the kids, lots to keep the children happy. and the food is very good to

Visited here when there was nonstop rain and my little boy loved all the cozy coupes on offer and spent more time hopping in and out of them, then anything else. It wasnt busy when we went as we were there first thing, but could see it getting a little overwhelming for younger children when bigger ones come in. During our stay staff were on top of the rules, reminding children and parents of the dos and don'ts.



The toilets were clean, as well as the rest of the facilities. Didn't try the food, but the menu has a good selection and from the footfall the cafe itself received it must be as good as the photos look.

The price was fantastic £3.95 and able to come and go as you need makes it one of the best value for money soft plays I've been too.

This place is fantastic for children very safe, Very different from the normal playzones our l8ttle one who is nearly two had the time of her life in here. So much to do and see and play with. The only improvement I would make is a safety lock on the gate to stop kids escaping. And now for the food, brilliant food good value for money and all fresh cooked to order. Will certainly be back. The kitchen is open plan so you can see it's clean and tidy too. Thank you we will be back.

Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good value for money. Play area was great the kids loved it!! Only thing I would say areas are a little worn and tired but to be expected with the age of the play area. Will return !!

Our First visit here and will definitely return,,,, really good value for money,,,,, every thing here to keep children and adults happy,,,, will try food on next visit that looked amazing (bearing in mind I'm very fussy) and very large portions,,,,,, thank you for a lovely afternoon �

My partner has being coming here since she was a child! We now bring our child here. Lovely play area, very welcoming and polite staff. Food is always lovely and warm. The freakshakes are amazing!!! Definitely worth the price. And always good to kill a few hours.

I took my little 4 year old daughter and she had the time of her life for a good few hours and was an ideal venue to keep out of the torrential down pours (great British summer) I'm back down for a week in August and will be definitely coming back

Fantatic play area.. This was are 3rd year coming Kept our 5 children entertained for hours. So much for them to play with and we had a stress free hot chocolate lol My nephew had a great birthday. Thank you so much for decorating our table to make it special for him :) food was lovely! See you next year!!

Every time we come over to Skegness/Ingoldmells wether it's for a day trip or holiday we always come here for our food. The food is cooked fresh and always tasty. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommend this place

Hi - I took my 2 x 5year old granddaughters here and although they enjoyed it a great deal, we all felt had all the little houses had something to do in them it would be a far better place. They are all empty or full of shelving ???? Such a waste and with them taking over half of the floor space it was a real let down. They went running in each one to find nothing � I use to take my own children there years ago and I feel it was much better then. Get it used to its full potential � I feel the picture you use to advertise is misleading as the houses look beautiful and they just are NOT x

Bit disappointed this year with menu changes, all my favourite meals which i would eat daily are gone off the menu now so isnt as good as it used to be. If i reviewed last year it would have been 5* - staff are polite and helpful though, so cant complain about that. Its just the menu that lets it down

The food we had was good but the young girl behind the counter who took our order needs to go to charm school., no customer service skills whatsoever, she even had her phone out in front of customers to (what appeared) text. Another lady cleared the tables of plates etc but didn't wipe them clean, you could see dirt on them. The lady cook/chef who bought our food out was very nice and shared some banter with us. We didn't go into the play area so cant comment about that.

I visited yesterday with my partner and two children. It was very BUSY but we found a table by the door, there was a young girl clearing tables and she went to find us a high chair. My partner lined up to order our food as the baby was hungry, he asked for a slice of toast to be told “the toaster was off” he explained there wasn’t anything else she could of had as she was only little. Our food turned up and it was okay, over priced for what it was. The doors were kept open and everyone was sitting in their coats, there were people smoking outside and the smell was coming indoors but they refused to close the doors. I wasn’t impressed at all!

Normally go here but won't be returning again I paid for three children this morning, there was a sign stating it was cold but my kids couldn't even take their coats off to play, left after 10 minutes. Asked the manager for a refund to which she said we were told it was cold, yes we were but it wasn't cold it was freezing it is warmer outside than in there! Was told I could have a refund of £2 by a very rude 'manager' obviously didn't settle for £2 and was given half my money back in the end. Now a lot warmer in bjs! What business dosent have heating is beyond me!!
