Would give this place 10 stars if I could. Popped in for dinner on new years eve and the manager went above and beyond to cater for my daughter's dietary needs. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Best dinning experience we've had for years. Thoroughly recommend.

Without question the best steak I've ever had. I asked for medium rare and it was like butter. The steak knife didn't have to do much worth. Absolutely melt in the mouth. My partner likes hers well done but the young man who served us advised her medium to well done. Again hers arrived and she just adored it. Very friendly staff. Manager is a nice guy too. I've just moved here and lives 2 streets away. I will definitely be going back. Thanks guys.

My family and I really enjoyed our food. Still the best place for steak in town. Hubby enjoyed the lamb steak and the kids meals are generous portions. Would definitely recommend.

Just love their steak in a box is absolutely lush

Went on Saturday night with family for a Birthday meal and waited an hour for a table which tbh I did expect as I know how busy it gets. Then waited another hour for the food to arrive. Bearing in mind we'd travelled from out of town to be there so by this point we were pretty stressed n hungry. However food came out and it was all cooked to PERFECTION. None of the 9 of us complained about anything. And the staff were really very apologetic. Waleed our waiter was AMAZING. Really took our Banter well (Not easy as there was 9 feisty women having a good time lol). Food was definately worth the wait �

Visited toros with my wife. Both orders lamb steaks. Cooked to perfection loved the riçe.pepper sauce is nice, but not enough. Food given on time. I wouldn't recommend sittting downstairs as their is no air com and can get hear intense otherwise good food......Food service and will be back again

It took an hour to get a table, then almost a further hour to get any food, as it was a Saturday, it was really busy, I didn't mind the wait, as the food was well worth the wait.

Have been a few times. Love the food. Usually we are seated upstairs but this last time we got seated downstairs. Got really disappointed with the location, specially after doing reservation. Poor ventilation downstairs and really hot. The decor isnt as nice as upstairs. Would recommend the place as long as people are eating on the ground floor. As for the restaurant, i think you should open in a different area, with more space, and better ventilation system. But otherwise i love the food!

So I had a T-Bone steak, I always have it medium cooked. My steak was cooked just a little under medium cooked and a little too pink for my liking. I had chips and pasta as my side. Pasta wasn't cooked, found it really hard. Customer service was quite bad as it took the waiters around half hour to come over and take our drink orders. Then took like 45 mins to bring over our food. There also wasn't enough peppercorn sauce on top. Sent it back to ask for more and got charged for more when there wasn't even enough for the meat. Wasn't very happy. Toros let me down this time

Order was Wrong friend got cold food and service was very bad .. the males that served us were not good at taking the order and poor souls were confused .. not again for me total waste

Ok so just starting hAd nachos menus said two cheeses only one added no sour cream no guacamole and excuse it's an old menu

Oh also no tap water. Hence two stars for starter will post again for main

I travelled from Derby to the Leicester toros. I was very disappointed . We had to wait half hour to be seated. We were placed in the basement where it had no ventilation at all. My clothes were stinking and so were my hubby and sons, by the time we left. We then waiting 45 minutes for our starter to arrive. Then we were just sitting waiting again for half hour for our mains. I told them to make my steak medium but it was so over cooked and tough. I did make a complaint to the manager and all I got is an APOLOGY, no good will at all. He was making so many excuses for the bad service but we pay the price for everything. He was telling me he has one chef only so why not employ another and also he said the kitchen is so small that when it's busy it's too hard to perform. You really need to cater for all times busy or not. IT'S NOT OUR FAULT !!!!!

The service was crap. My steak was raw on the inside. The guy who was on duty on the desk was rude and ill mannered the girl who served us managed to screw up my order and he communication skills were nt very good. The guy at the desk swore at my family. And they put my meal on a sizzling platter when i asked twice for it to be put on a white plate!!!! ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿ ½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½

The one star says terrible one of the worst well a correction for face book this wAs officially the worst steak house I have ever encountered and if there is worse God help us all



On a positive I now know where the surplus shoe leather went on the demise of British shoe manufacturing these guys bought it up and are selling it warmed up



You make get the impression I didn't like the experience you would be wrong the diet coke was cold

The costumer service is not good I don't like it. I rang today morning 12th may 2015 at 11:30am I order some food but I didn't go to get my food because the guy i spoken to he was so rood and he was angry on me. I give them 0 service star pathetic. And I will never go in my life agin.

Literally the worst place I've ever been to. Horrendous service. We have been here quite a few times the. First few times the service was amazing the staff was great and the manager/guy that used to stand at the front desk was really good his customer service was excellent. However the last 3 times we have been the staff has been different and so have the guys that been at the front desk been different. The new management? Or the new people standing there are horrendous. Their customer service is disgusting. The waitress came to take out order and we asked her to come around so she was closer so she could hear us however she apparently misheard and went to take someone else's order instead thinking we wasn't ready. When we told her that wasn't what we said she told us to wait. Again. We then waiting. 1 hour and a half when we was told the wait was 35 minutes and when we got the food there was one platter short. The waitress told us it would be 20 minutes however the 'so called manager' told us it would be 5 minutes they're all bonkers. Have no idea what they are doing. Their customer service in the worst we've ever experienced. Just disgusting & to top it all off their food hygiene rating is 0.

Just visited the steakhouse today. Advise for those visiting; prepare to have only 5/6 options on drinks menu. No mojito (none whatsoever), no lemonade (appletizer), no jelly bean drink. And also by the way when you order a J20 remember to ask for a glass with ice. Or you will be gulping lukewarm drink.

No prayer area. This is minor, but letting those know whom travel from far afield (as we did). Don't expect this facility (had to walk to Masjid). Hence prepare in advance.

Also for those slow eaters (including myself!); make sure you all finish together! I was still munching away, but my husband had finished & his nephews had finished a few minutes. And they began to clear the table. While I was still eating!!! - which I found was very rude. Since you would expect the table to be cleared all together.

Very disappointed, wouldn't visit the steakhouse again & nor would I recommend.

Horrible tangy sauce all over the chips and the same on the pasta. Overloaded platter. Service really slow. We spent a bomb and weren't even told there's a kids menu when we had 7 kids. The spicy rice was gross, over cooked and tasteless when it's called spicy rice. Nasty. Toros in Manchester was disappointing. Well toros in Leicester was worse. Yuk!!

Disgusting the way customers are approached and spoke to. Food came 1 1/5 late. Sat there waiting for starters. When asked for starters staff came and spoke in a rude tone! Will not come again and will write a review on trip advisor! Did get 9£ off after I complained. But it's not about the money. It's the whole experience which let me down! Food was ok. I will just stick to Kobe Sizzlers next time!!
