Trauma & Ptsd Support Group Description
When life gets you down and you don't know which way is forward because life has become stressful, you feel stuck, feeling alone and no one to turn to. I am a qualified counsellor and I offer a safe 1: 1 confidential service, I have a wealth of experience working within a mental health charity and in private practice. I have worked with a wide range of diagnosis, but I work with you as a client not as a diagnoses. I am here to lend you a helping hand where you can talk with out feeling judged, or not believed. I can help you work through your past events through to the here and now. I work with what ever it is that has got you in a muddle and can't think without crying. Being able to think without so much going on in your head. Life's moving at such a fast pace and you just want to be able to think clearly. You want to feel heard not just listened to.

It gave me someone to help me explore my thoughts and feelings when I needed it.
I like the fact that someone is showing interest in a subject that doesn't usually get enough coverage
