Would like to say simply fantastic service.

I needed a dog guard and divider for my Mitsubishi Shogun and in looking found Travalls’ products on another site and ordered the guard initially.

Being very pleased with the product I then attempted to purchase the divider but was told that it was no longer available which was a little annoying to say the least.

I then realised that it was possible to deal with Travall direct and on phoning them at first I was told that they had never produced one for a Shogun. Not wanting to give up I called again and spoke to Emilio who said that they had produced one but they had discontinued it.

Emilio then came into his own by finding their original drawings, speaking to their engineers and in the end manufacturing one especially for me.

This arrived within one week and is now fitted and I could not be happier with it.

Second time I've ordered from Travall. Once again I'm very pleased with the quick delivery and excellent products. I ordered a new guard for my new car plus a boot liner. They both fit perfectly! The guard is a bit fiddly to fit with just one person but with the help of my brother in law we had it fitted in moments. At first it might seem to be an expensive guard but it is very well made and solid - no dog can push through this guard! My first guard is still in excellent condition and it's about 10 years old. Highly recommend Travall to everyone!

Really happy with our dog guard and boot splitter for a Hyundai i40 tourer. The product arrived quickly and fits perfectly, providing a spacious area for our dog and plenty of room for our other baggage.

Ordered rubber matts for Seat Ibiza, probably better product that Seats own, would highly recommend this company

New dog guard arrived today brilliant! Having watched the video we were confident we knew how to construct it. Followed instructions but still managed to go wrong 4 times. Should have watched video again. But in car now a fit is brilliant and very secure.

Hi, just had my Travall dog guard delivered very quickly for my 2008 Honda CR-V. After trying to get it in and failing (I know, it's a man thing), I took a look at the fitting instructions and had it in with no problems at all. I'm very impressed with the build quality and fit, and pretty sure it'd keep a bear in the back never mind my two Staffies !!

Have been buying from this firm for several years and cant praise them enough. This week i requested parts for my jeep and also ordered a new landrover dog guard. Been dealing with Lucy from cust service. She has been off the chart in terms of her attentive service so big shout for her she has answered every querey and issue and in a timely manner. Have bought boot liners, foot mats and dog guards for 5 vehicles over time. Top marks guys.

Great product and fits my alltrack perfectly and looks good! I was amazed at how good the delivery time was,I placed my ordered Monday just before 3pm and it arrived all the way to our home in sweden midday Thursday.

Fantastic, quality feel, substantial weight and very well fitted to the chosen vehicle.

Can't argue on the price either with the rubber mats at a half or a third of the price of dealership mats.

I've had five sets of mats from Travall for colleagues at work and all have been very happy with the purchase.

Excellent service and reply on asking advice on if dog cage fits freelander 2. Even stated you would collect if not happy but on receiving the item quickly excellent quality and fitted great. Would recommend travall

Bought a set of rubber floor mats and boot liner for my audi. Very cheap versus manufacturer OEM and quality is excellent, robust and easy to clean. Delivery as planned. Good product and service.

Bought a second hand dog guard for our VW only to find the rubber end caps were missing. Rang trav all to see if I could buy some and the service I received was superb. They took the time to find the specific guard we had and sent us the amount we needed at no cost at all. Can't recommend them enough and when we next change car I will be buying a new guard direct. Very rare these days to find customer service to this extent when we hadn't even bought the guard new from them. First class company, first class service, well done trav all.
