The trilogy gyms are fantastic, recommend for anyone. Cinema, different gyms around northampton, classes, swimming... The cost per month is fantastic if you make the most of it but that part is down to you :)

User

I have just been for an induction at, Lings Forum and I just wanted to give a shoutout to, Sian! She went through each piece of equipment and gave very detailed instructions. Being just my second time attending a gym I was rather nervous, but she made me feel so at ease and ensured I was comfortable! I hated the thought of going to a gym and working out beside people I don't know, but I'm actually now looking forward to getting fit and strong! ’┐Į

I go to mounts they just had it refinement people just walk round with there shoes. Camo club at berzerk, was fun and well organised by the two friendly and happy gentleman that ran it today. 30/10/2018

At the Cripps enjoying watching my three daughters have some summer swimming lessons! They love the crash courses here! They have so much fun learning the techniques they are disappointed when it's time to leave! Jenny their instructor is a natural at teaching and makes the lessons fun and enjoyable whilst building her students confidence! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

User

I prefer Duston. Spacious gym with lots of good quality kit, friendly staff and clean facilities. The mats do get pretty busy in the evebing with PT sessions and group classes though. Danes Camp was my regular gym for 4 years but unfortunately the free weight area (for normal people not the body builders) has been scaled down and few mirrors near the mats for body weight training. Less keen on Mount's gym and never been to Lings or Cripps.

2 of my kids have the junior active membership which for ┬Ż21 a month is really good value for money. Both the swimming and gymnastics courses are run well, and the additional clubs and activities mean that we can often have a very cheap, fun and active morning or afternoon out in the holidays or weekend. Sadly the roller skating sessions have really gone downhill over the past 6 months or so. No games are played anymore and the staff just sit in the skate hire bit. My daughter always asks for games and is told 'we might play tag later' so she waits and waits, but it's never played. When we first started going the staff would play loads of games and get out on the rink with the kids which kept them active for the whole 2 hours. Now they ask to go home after 30 minutes!!

User

The gym equipment is fine.. but the steam room has been out of order for a month now while they wait for parts. This is due to idiot members squirting the thermometer with cold water to make it hotter in there apparently. Also ladies day Tuesday..avoid.. as it only attracts women who sit their fully clothed talking loudly.. in the steam room. Hardly relaxing. These women also shower in the steam room area leaving soap suds drenced in long black hairs everywhere.. that you have no choice but to walk through on your way back.. disgusting. Shame something cant be done about these issues!

User

Place seems like it's being run down and compared to the other gyms around it is expensive not coffee machines about time I started looking at other gyms I think

User

Have visited Danes Camp for swimming twice now on Saturdays with my 7 month old daughter. First time I was frustrated as there was a massive ŌĆśMother & BabyŌĆÖ changing room and one whole room lockable for ŌĆśDads & BabiesŌĆÖ which was only set up by the looks for disabled people. There is already a disabled changing room with a hoist so why not make the dads room a more communal room to use? I ended up having to change my daughter on one of the two baby change stations located in the middle of the changing village in full view of everyone!! Whose idea was that? To top it off the lifeguard comes along to clean the floor and pours water all over the place and as my bag was on the floor everything was soaked! ItŌĆÖs not just mums and babies anymore dads do things too and itŌĆÖs about time businesses kept up with the times!

However that said the pool is great I have many childhood memories of swimming at Danes and I want the same for my daughter, shame the experience is let down by the lack of facilities.

User

Very disappointing start found staff to be patronising which has lead to feeling unwelcome.

I Advised I really didnŌĆÖt need an induction with being a personal trainer myself. The explanation given was different gym different equipment if this is the case then surly I need 5 induction in all your gyms. Also in this day in age with schemes such as pay as you gym which is all based around using various different gyms then surly as all other gyms operate a gym induction should be optional to those who need/wish to have one

User

What is going on!

Arrived at the Mounts to be told the baby pool was unexpectedly closed due to staff shortages so had to take our 5 year old and 1 year old in a freezing cold pool after being told Danes Camp were already too busy and were referring people to the mounts!

There are 2 family changing rooms for a huge amount of families so we went in the female changing rooms and husband and son went in the male, none of the locks worked in the female changing rooms, the place smelt of wee and the showers were disgusting.

Oh and the lockers are no longer where they were and you have to use a padlock on some ancient lockers at the end of the pool?!!

It was awful!

Head to Harborough and save some money as well!! ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

My Daughter attended the swimming lessons at Danes Camp on Saturday mornings between July - September and it was just awful. Only one instructor in the water with around 8 children. My daughter spent more time sitting at the side waiting for her turn than anything else. No feedback from the instructor either and she didnŌĆÖt receive any certificates in those three months. I pulled her out and enrolled in another swim school and she did more in her first lesson there than the whole time she was at trilogy. SheŌĆÖs already done her 10m and completed stage 3 at the new swim school after just 6 lessons. I do not recommended Trilogy at all. The pool is also incredibly dim and dingy and is way overdue for an update. I donŌĆÖt think itŌĆÖs changed since I used to go there 25 years ago!

User

Lings forum swimming pool. Dropped my boys off there at 1230 today for a swim said I'd collect them at 230 had a phonecall saying please collect us it's disgusting in here there's poo in the pool. Asked them.if they told the staff they said yes they had and they were told if it was dangerous it would be floating??? This place smells the cleanliness is questionable my eldest refuses to go there and now my younger two won't go either. Clean up your ACT.

User

If I could rate this a zero believe me I would, facilities are crap and never cleaned, thereŌĆÖs always kids messing about in the gym and customer service is bad, staff over the phone have been rude and abrupt when IŌĆÖve tried to cancel my membership and are often rude and patronising which makes me feel very unwelcome, the mounts facility as a whole is filthy, thereŌĆÖs even been poo in the pool on several occasions which had made me and others feel very ill as they are never cleaned the staff only ever have a mothers meeting instead of doing their job properly IŌĆÖve even been hung up on over the phone. 100% do not recommend trilogy.

User

I think itŌĆÖs the only gym that ask for a 12month contract . My work program changed and I canŌĆÖt go gym anymore so I tried to cancel it or freeze my account but they said itŌĆÖs not possible and I have to pay to the end of my contract. Apparently the only way to freeze your account is if you get injured , and for that they want proof from hospital. What a f..... joke !! Worst gym ever

User

I signed up to the free one month membership trial on 16/05/2015 for my two children and was told that if it isnt what i was looking for i could request the membership and direct debit to be cancelled at any time as long as it was two weeks before the direct debit was due...Unfortunately this membership didnt coincidence with my working schedule and couldn't gain from the benefits this membership can offer so i have e-mailed to cancel with no response and tried calling with no answer...so went to lings forum today to cancel to NOW be told i have to write in with 30 days notice to cancel? meaning my first direct debit will DEBIT my account? where is the free trial in this? i feel i have been completely miss sold this product

Absolutely shite, my pregnant mrs was a member and when we found out she was pregnant she ended the membership and this was all fine with trilogy she showed them all the bits they needed to see to end the membership months ago until now when sheŌĆÖs received a bill for ┬Ż900 whilst sheŌĆÖs heavily pregnant and due this is now causing her stress and panic ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į
