lovely service from Kat and her team in the Tyler's cafe , we booked for afternoon tea for my husband's birthday and they couldn't of been more accomadating fitted us into a early slot moved furniture and things around to accomdate out son and a high chair, let us warm his food up as well as giving him finger foods to try which he loved the Apple. absoulty fantastic already thinking of booking for our next special birthday in July �

With many thanks to the guys at Tylers today for loaning us a CD player for the Race For Life Promotion in Loughborough, you saved the day and provided the music for the dancers to perform the Cancer Slam, and helped us promote the 5k being held in the town on the 27th July. Thank You

We ordered a complete furniture set, we were told 4-6 weeks lead time. It was actually ready in approximately 3weeks which was too early for us to take delivery. They happily stored it until we were ready. When it was delivered the team were nothing short of excellent a real credit to the company taking great care to ensure we were completely happy AND took away the packing rubbish. The furniture looks amazing we could not be happier. Thank you for an excellent service.

Tylers have lots of lovely furniture and things for the house and the food is fabulous

Tyler's has the feel of a quality department store in the centre of Loughborough offering old fashioned good service and a terrific choice of products. Great cafe too. 😊

To add to this the staff are friendly and profession with a focus on the customer ,

I loved this shop, I came across it while searching for a kitchen cling film, kitchen foil and kitchen towel dispenser I have had my dispenser for almost 2 years now and love it. Super quick delivery and great site for placing orders and payment security

I have bought 3 pieces of the Malvern furniture collection which are fantastic! Great quaility, a great price and 5* customer service! I will be purchasing again soon .

Had a lovely meal there today. Lovely staff, lovely shop altogether. Please when are you getting a lift though? If I come with my shopping trolley it becomes a struggle.

Had a great time last night with the prosecco and nibbles and shopping..a lovely atmosphere and the staff were wonderful as usual...did plenty of shopping....a really great evening

Was rather shocked at paying £10 for a tea and panini, which wasn't anything particularly special. Like the store, but won't be visiting the cafe again anytime soon. There are better cafes in Loughborough that are more reasonably priced and do good quality food.
