Unfortunately, I have had to put this up due to some people that are disrespectful and feel they can waist our time. All our bikes are ready to be sold and are clean. Once a bike goes out for a test ride that bike has then got to be cleaned again. Very frustrating for us as I’m sure a decent person will understand.
We are happy for bikes to be test ridden if you are keen on buying that bike.
... All we ask is please give us that respect.

brilliant service, found the appropriate replacement for my bike and he had it in stock so i left it with him to fix. returned an hour and half later to find that he managed to repair it himself without using the replacement at no charge what so ever. 5 star service.

Went there today didn't know what we were looking for they took time with us and helped us find the perfect bikes nothing was to much trouble would highly recommend

Went down to see these guys as their website looked pretty nice. Incredible range of Bikes and the owners were so friendly, even made me a cup of tea while I looked around. Sharon was on hand at all times to answer any questions I had... She even told me not to get a certain bike as it wouldn't be suitable for what I needed it for. Amazing service all round and I left with extra cash in my pocket from my budget and the right bike for me. Thanks again guys, you really are great.

Was looking for a bigger bike for my daughter and happened to drop on uni-cycles purely by chance. Excellent service and very knowledgeable about all the different range of bikes. My daughter was able to try a few bikes and I ended up purchasing 1, with no pressure from the staff. Just a good chat and some great advice. A really great shop. Thanks uni-cycles, my daughter loves her new bike.

They made me a coffee, let me test ride and then actually talked me out of the purchase as my current bike was probably worth more! How's that for an impartial and helpful experience!!!
